So! My auctions I was freaking out about! I did win them. :D Well, 2/3--the third one went higher than I felt I wanted to spend on it, which is just fine. I'm sure the Japanese bidder I went up against was happy to win it. :) I'm SO happy I won these two, though!

Anyway, that's my cel babbling for now. I'm soooo happy with what I won! :D Now time to make another entry about different matters because this post got a bit stuck on just one topic and now I don't want to switch it.

I go to sleep and I wake up and GUESS WHAT? New Pokémon!

OMFG the chinchilla. It kills me with cute! I...might have to collect it, orz, it's too freaking adorable. I CAN'T DEAL WITH IT, I JUST. IT'S SO CUTE. I'M SPAZZING HERE. ;A; II know I'm at least getting its cutest items, we'll have to see how much merch it gets before I decide how hardcore I get about it.

THE PIGEON IS SUPER CUTE AND WONDERFUL TOO! Again, might have to collect it! I loves it. ♥ :D

The zebra and crocodile are awesome, too. :D (Especially the zebra, the more I look at it the more I like it.) The others, meh, whatevaaaa, not my cup o' tea, but I don't dislike them either.

So far, this gen has been good to me! *A* I AM TOTALLY LOVING IT. I love the starters, I love the legendaries, I love Zorua and Zoroark, and just...so much YAY! \o/

Ahhh, there is so much Dennou Coil fanart on Pixiv! I'm so happy! Finally my Dennou Coil fanart folder can flourish and be plentiful! ♥ (Okay, it's not that small as it is, but...this will increase it by at least two or three times as much as I had, if not more.)

Dennou Coil fan anything has always been a bit scarce, so finding pages upon pages upon pages of fanart (a lot of NICE fanart, too) is really exciting. :D

Also, I found this a long time ago, but WHAT THE HELL DID SOMEONE DRAW THIS FOR ME? I had to blink a few times when I found it. I mean, seriously:

GUESS WHAT I JUST BOUGHT

PIKACHU DS PIKACHU DS PIKACHU DS LIMITED EDITION PIKACHU DS. AHHHH MY HARDCORE GEEKAGE HAS BEEN SATED FOR NOW. I was going to post pictures I found on the internet of the Pikachu DS (because it hasn't been released yet), but Photobucket is deceased at the moment and I'm too lazy to use anything else.

I've been waiting to buy this thing for months. I'm going to be filled with awe and joy when it arrives. It will have to be covered in nice protective things for me to play with it. XD

Anyway, uh, that was the splurge of the year. x_x

Got yet another scrub jay today. He looks to be pretty bright and perky, so hopefully no more sudden unexplained jay deaths.

Gonna go chain Vulpix now. Maybe.

Also, totally defriended all the NaruSasuNaru communities I'm a member of. Not that I don't love the pairing, but OMFG the fanbase for it seems like it's worse than ever now. I kept it on there in hopes that something would blow me away and make me want to keep the community in my friends, but no such luck. The fanfiction summaries were making me gag (made-up example: "LOLOL Sasuke is a vampire and Naruto is a fairy. Can they manage to fall madly in love and start a family despite their differences? AU, MPREG, NONCON, SHOTA", etc.) and SUPER-KAWAII-UKE-NARUTO makes me puke, thus scaring me away from about 90% of the fanart there. ._.; I s'pose I'll have to find my own nice NaruSasuNaru stuff. Just...not there.

The baby quail I got last night died. I'm not sure what happened to it... It was fine all throughout the night (albeit peeping every now and then), fine when I woke up in the morning, and then I left for about five minutes to feed the crow, I came back and found it dead. Poor little thing. I wish I knew why it went downhill so suddenly.

Later in the day, I got an adult quail who had been completely thrashed by a cat. :( He had puncture wounds in his neck, bit marks all over him, lots of bruising, and he was missing a whole huge chunk of feathers. He died within hours.

On a happier note, the baby crow is doing well! It's still ridiculously skinny and it didn't eat too much today, but it is doing all right.

I have discovered a new game that is brilliant. The stellar's jays beg and squall excessively when I go into their room so I can feed the scrub jay every hour, and sometimes what I'll do is grab a piece of kibble and try to drop or throw it into their wide-open mouths from the top of the cage. XD This is far too entertaining. It's like...bird mouth and kibble basketball.

Tomorrow I get to go to San Francisco! We're picking up Zoe there, and she gets to stay with us before/doing Anime Expo. It's going to be epic fun. We'll probably watch anime until we die of exhaustion. Don't expect a lot of entries. XD

HOORAY!

After 160 hours of game time, I finally caught my first in-game shiny. :DDD

I've been chaining Electrike all day because it's the swarming Pokémon today, and I love Electrike and Manectric. Earlier, I got my best chain yet (37), but it was interrupted by a Buizel. :( So, I kept getting chains in their twenties or so, they kept being interrupted by intrepid Shellos, Buizel, and Mareep, and I had almost given it up as a lost cause.

I saw the shining bush at FOUR in my Electrike chain. FOUR. Is that lucky or what? I couldn't believe it when I saw that.

Anyway, I'm so excited. ♥

Yayyyyyy! I should never have complained about those Carnivines I got, because they ended up leading me to sweet victory. XD It was a good match, too--my opponent was just unlucky with his type match-ups.

Japanese Haruhi Cast to Perform Live at Anime Expo
Anime Expo, Bandai Entertainment, and Kadokawa Pictures USA have announced that the three main Japanese voice actresses and singers of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya comedy anime will appear and perform at Anime Expo 2007. The Guest of Honor appearances of Aya Hirano (Haruhi), Yūko Gotō (Mikuru), and Minori Chihara (Yuki) is part of the "SOS Brigade Invasion Tour" campaign. The three will perform live at 4:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, June 30 at the Long Beach Arena in California. The concert will also include the winners of the Haruhi Dance contest.

YESSSSSS. The only way this could possibly get better is if Yoko Kanno and Mamoru Miyano came. *_*

For the J-rock people on my friends-list, SKIN—-the J-rock group featuring Yoshiki, Gackt, Miyavi, and Sugizo—-is scheduled to debut at Anime Expo in 2007. I'm not really into 'em, but I recognize a really really big deal when I see one.
