May. 28th, 2007 09:08 pmI'M BACK!
As usual, it was OMFG AWESOME and now I'm really really tired. And I have 300-some entries on my friends-list to check up on.
Report will probably follow at some point.
ALSO, AMAZING NEWS:
Japanese Haruhi Cast to Perform Live at Anime Expo
Anime Expo, Bandai Entertainment, and Kadokawa Pictures USA have announced that the three main Japanese voice actresses and singers of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya comedy anime will appear and perform at Anime Expo 2007. The Guest of Honor appearances of Aya Hirano (Haruhi), Yūko Gotō (Mikuru), and Minori Chihara (Yuki) is part of the "SOS Brigade Invasion Tour" campaign. The three will perform live at 4:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, June 30 at the Long Beach Arena in California. The concert will also include the winners of the Haruhi Dance contest.
YESSSSSS. The only way this could possibly get better is if Yoko Kanno and Mamoru Miyano came. *_*
For the J-rock people on my friends-list, SKIN—-the J-rock group featuring Yoshiki, Gackt, Miyavi, and Sugizo—-is scheduled to debut at Anime Expo in 2007. I'm not really into 'em, but I recognize a really really big deal when I see one.
Now, must rest. Tiiiiired. So, so very tired.

It's amazing and sad how sectionalized and stereotyped our country is. XD

Date: 2007-05-30 04:14 am (UTC)NO. ITS ABOUT DAMN TIME ANIME EXPO GOT SOME NOT CRAP PERFORMERS D: Sorry, but last year's artists were.. crap. Except Mana >> Maybe, I'm just being a jrock fanatic right now, but Otakon ALWAYS gets the good bands, we're stuck with random girl's that sing songs for ecchi games like Da Capo D: /bitterness.
:DDDDD Yay for Haruhi ness ness ~ I'm so excited, but I am even more excited about SKIN DX. there's no way I'm missing miyavi, gackt, AND yoshiki (im not very familiar with luna sea so sugizo is not as DKFJDKJFD for me XD;). I'm so EXCITEDDDDDD
