Anime LA is in four days, and I have SO LITTLE planned for that trip that it's not even funny. But I am determined to make it work somehow, so I'm putting faith in myself and my many ridiculous deities that it will work out. :D MY OPTIMISM IS UNSHAKABLE.

Watched more Mysterious Ways last night, and finished the first season. Only one season to go. ;___; Love that series so, so much. Annoyed with Canada because some of the insert songs were replaced again in episodes I watched. :/ It didn't matter as much in these episodes, but it would help if they replaced the music with something good instead of music that's kind of cheesy and sticks out from the rest of the background music. Love the characters like crazy. I'm going to miss them again when it's over...

I'm supposed to get together with Nicole this evening, and Zoe's coming up Tuesday evening/Wednesday so...yay! I want to do something fun with every one of my friends during this break and really have a grand time.

Meme from Nekokatsu, just because. )

Firefox decided to kill all my tabs I had open/saved (...well over one hundred tabs, seriously) so I apologize if I don't reply to things like I should. Going back and trying to figure out what I had open would be an impossible task. D:

Also, I forgot to write about it, but... Am I the only one who just couldn't get into The Dark Knight? I recognize that it was a well-made movie and all, but about a quarter of the way through it I lost much of my interest. I felt like the storytelling was too scattered and not cohesive enough, and a lot of the characters weren't introduced in a memorable enough way, so they would show up later in the movie and I would go "Who is that? I don't remember what significance they had at all." I'm normally great at following complicated movies, too, so I don't know why this one just didn't go over well with me.

I watched the rest of the movie, but I kept glancing at the clock for when it would be over and about three-quarters of the way through I really decided that I just couldn't get into it. That's not to say it was a bad movie, but just...not my type of movie. Maybe I should give up on superhero movies altogether. I have yet to see one that I've liked. No matter how critically acclaimed and loved by the audiences they are, and no matter how well-made, shiny, and well-directed they are, they all just bore me. .___.;

This story is awesome and hilarious. Just trust me on this and read it: http://bama.ua.edu/~acsellers/story.html
