Dec. 29th, 2008 11:45 pmFirefox decided to kill all my tabs I had open/saved (...well over one hundred tabs, seriously) so I apologize if I don't reply to things like I should. Going back and trying to figure out what I had open would be an impossible task. D:
Also, I forgot to write about it, but... Am I the only one who just couldn't get into The Dark Knight? I recognize that it was a well-made movie and all, but about a quarter of the way through it I lost much of my interest. I felt like the storytelling was too scattered and not cohesive enough, and a lot of the characters weren't introduced in a memorable enough way, so they would show up later in the movie and I would go "Who is that? I don't remember what significance they had at all." I'm normally great at following complicated movies, too, so I don't know why this one just didn't go over well with me.
I watched the rest of the movie, but I kept glancing at the clock for when it would be over and about three-quarters of the way through I really decided that I just couldn't get into it. That's not to say it was a bad movie, but just...not my type of movie. Maybe I should give up on superhero movies altogether. I have yet to see one that I've liked. No matter how critically acclaimed and loved by the audiences they are, and no matter how well-made, shiny, and well-directed they are, they all just bore me. .___.;
This story is awesome and hilarious. Just trust me on this and read it: http://bama.ua.edu/~acsellers/story.html
