ORZ, I started writing/was going to post this way earlier (like at noon) but now it's past 4 AM on Christmas day. LOL go figure. Watched Pokémon already, and lost the group auction. ;___;

Happy Holidays, f-list! ♥

It's ridiculous, but I'm never sure whether to put or say "Happy Holidays" or "Merry Christmas." I'm a staunch agnostic, but I do celebrate "Christmas" in the most secular way possible, so I don't know. I put Happy Holidays to encompass the largest amount of people as possible, haha.

Regardless, I hope you all travel safely, have a good, drama-free time with your families, get some great presents, and eat lots of tasty food. I've gotten cards from a few of you--thanks so much! :D I've been individually thanking you so I won't list you guys, but I really appreciate it. ♥

I've been so bad about writing entries/commenting lately. D: Sorry everyone!

Anyway, Christmas eve tonight (obviously) but seeing as we went down to Davis early this year because my mom is working tonight, I'm basically just hanging around my dad's house doing whatever. My plans for tonight are: Bid on [livejournal.com profile] pkmncollectors group auction and watch the new Pokémon episode live on Japanese TV like last week in [livejournal.com profile] pkmncollectors chat. Hmmm, I'm noticing a trend here.

Christmas in Davis went nicely! I had fun talking to my aunt and grandma about animals, watching my brother and cousin Todd shoot nazi zombies, and all was well. I got money, a nice shirt with birds on it, and, best of all, a veterinary manual! I'm going to read it on a regular basis.

Tomorrow we go down to Petaluma to celebrate with my dad's side of the family. This means I can just hang around talking to my cousin Jordan about Gurren Lagann and internet memes, avoid small children as much as possible, burn things at dinner in the candles (last year it was chips) and hide them from my aunt Nancy (this is a tradition, ROFL), and so on. I look forward to the long drive, which will be filled with Yoko Kanno music no doubt. ♥

Other than that, uhhh, have some memes!
