ZAPDOS IS HAVING A RAVE OVER MY HOUSE
No, seriously, I went outside about a half hour ago to start cleaning the guinea pig cage and I suddenly noticed that the whole sky was flashing like a strobe light. All over the place, in different places, at least one flash a second if not more. Intense and awwwwesome. *____* I LOVE IT. It's like a crazy light show and all our neighbors keep coming out and looking and telling people on the phone how crazy it is because it's amazing. I can't even describe it. It's like...lightning everywhere in the sky all the time flashing and lighting up everything and it's amazing. And it only just started raining, too.
I took about fifteen minutes of video of the storm, haha. You can't see that well how awesome it is but...it's something? I'll post snippets of it sometime if any of it came out decent. I'm tempted to film more but now that it's raining and the lightning is closer and the thunder is beginning to sound like there's a cannon on my roof I don't think it's a good idea. Also it would be rather pointless because it's not like I can film the whole sky to show how amazing it is and there's only so much video you can take of the sky flashing before it gets repetitive.
