The write-in was fun! There were only three of us there--PepperDust from the NaNo site and her boyfriend and myself, but it was fun anyway and it was nice talking to both of them about their novels and their NaNo experiences so far. :) I wrote a thousand words while we were there as well, which isn't bad considering I was socializing between writing bursts. I think we'll probably have more people next time, which will make it more exciting~ I wish Daniell had been able to make it to this one, but I expect/hope she'll be able to make it to the next one. I may call her and see if we can do something over the weekend because I want to talk NaNo with her!

Just hit 14K, yay. FINALLY escaped the flashbacks, so now I can get involved in the main plot after a hopefully brief transitory period.

Not much more to say at the moment... What a boring entry, haha. I have work to do on my online classes over the weekend and I'm currently going slightly crazy waiting for packages to come at the moment.

Also, I want to watch more anime lately! I'm really excited to see the new Michiko to Hatchin episode and I want to get caught up on...all the other things I'm watching. *Dies* So much to watch! Maybe I'll watch some tomorrow if I get enough for my online classes done.

This is actually the second post in a row on my friends page about Michiko to Hatchin. I feel like I should watch it.

(I'm also darkly entertained that, despite being in Japan, I literally have no idea what's going with anime and video games, and I discover everything from my friends in the states. orz)

You should! It's excellent so far and has one of the best first episodes I've seen in a long time. I think you'd love it. :) I hope it stays as amazing as it's been so far because it has a ton of potential.
