Hahaha, the new thing I'm feeding the crow is leftover spagetti with tomato sauce. XD I'm not sure how much he likes it, but it was all gone after I left him alone with it for a while. Granted, it was a long while, but still. At least I found another thing he'll eat. He won't eat peas and corn unless I put it in his mouth, cat food (even though it's good for him) is mostly a lost cause, and most other things he spreads around his cage in a deliberate attempt to make my life worse. He'll eat melon and sometimes strawberries by himself. DX

We went to Reno to go shopping today. It was a lovely drive with lots of Yoko Kanno music, and it was beautiful over Donner Summit as usual. I brought the little sparrow with me in a box and fed him between shopping, and left the crow, the big sparrow, and the quail at home. We went to one of those giant WalMarts (I HATE those places), where I attempted to find Pokémon stuff (found very little) and bought some big frames for two of my anime posters. Then we went to Costco and bought food and stuff. I raided all the free samples. Then we went home.

Since I got home, I've been computer-ing and framing my posters. XD They look lovely! One of them is the Millennium Actress movie poster, one is a huge Haruhi poster, and a third is this really rare, beautiful Wolf's Rain poster I got by chance at a convention. The frame for the Wolf's Rain poster is WAY too big for it, so I have it centered but it keeps slipping. I would use tape, but I'm paranoia about this poster. It's a promo poster from before the series came out in Japan and there's no way it could be replaced. ;_;

Other than that, I cleaned my room and got a shiny Mudkip and Torchic from someone for my extra Lugia and Ho-oh. I'm going to have to think of names for them, because I'm going to have them and the shiny Poochyena I got yesterday force-renamed.

Pikachu DS is...NOW IN THE STATES. In fact, it's in customs at the San Francisco airport. In other words, it's only about three hours away from me. Why must it be Sunday tomorrow?! T^T

Awww! XD It likes spaghetti? How cute!

Somehow, in the last few years, Pokemon stuff has like disappeared. It's so weird! I know it's not as popular here now, but it's still on tv, there's still new games coming out.. I'd think it's popular enough to have at least a little stuff for it.. Back in December Wal-Mart had nothing for it, and neither did Toys R Us. ;_; Really surprised me. K-Mart had a bunch of toys and plushies two years ago, but I went a few weeks ago and found nothing.. I've been meaning to check Wal-Mart now, but Target has a small section.. They had plushies, which I want, but when I went in like two weeks ago they only had a Turtwig and Buizel left. ;; I'm hoping they'll restock..

And Pikachu DS! :D Sounds adorable! Take pictures once you get it~?

The crow's taste in food is unexpected! Melon, lol! And mental image of crow with spaghetti is really funny. XD

Shiny Mudkip?? Personally my least favourite shiny--not a fan of pink, lol. Though, I have to say, I was practicing chaining and idly hoping for a shiny Bidoof, then I looked it up on Serebii and saw that a shiny Bidoof is almost the same colour as regular Bidoof. That's worse than pink!

What do you mean by force-renamed? I didn't know there was a way to renamed traded pokemon.
