My dorkiness knows no bounds.

So, I did homework for most of the day. Not much to say there. It was unexciting.

The other snippets of the day I spent looking at HUNDREDS of chicken breeds online. Reading breed histories, looking at pictures, trying to figure out which breeds came from which lines, the differences in chickens around the world, determining what my chickens are exactly, etc. Not only that, I found it deeply exciting and engaging. XD;

I also started reading a book about chicken sexing. (As in, determining their genders at one day old. NOT...uh. Yeah.) I think I might be one of the only nineteen-year-old girls alive interested in chicken sexing enough to read a book on it.

Also, I want to show off pictures of some of the breeds I'm special ordering (BECAUSE THEY'RE PRETTY AND MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW PRETTY CHICKENS EXIST):

Okay, okay. That's all for my chicken fangirling. FOR NOW.

But seriously, you can't tell me chickens aren't cool. Because they're pretty much the best animal alive.
