Well, these aren't actual pictures I'm taking of my birds, but I'm googling their species and trying to find pictures that look most like my birds. I don't really feel like actually taking pictures of them at the moment, plus the camera is full from AX and I haven't uploaded those pictures yet.

The baby quail (this looks almost exactly like it, actually): http://research.amnh.org/swrs/baby%20gambels%20quail%20copy.JPG

Goldfinches (though one is still kind of a baby): http://www.windowsonnature.com/Nature_Pages/Nature_Map/Pages/Austin_Winter_Images/pages/BD_Goldfinch_American.htm

I'm sure all of you know what a blackbird and sparrow look like. :P

Mockingbird (mine might be slightly younger than this, though he frequently begs in this position): http://placeforwildbirds.tripod.com/mock5cl.jpg

House finch: http://thecrow.netfirms.com/images/hfisnd1.jpg

Bewick's wren (though mine is younger and tinier than these): http://www.keepbanderabeautiful.org/bearspringsblossom/bewicktwoygi.jpg

You're so lucky to have a wren! At my old house, we had a pair of Carolina wrens nest in our box for a few years, but I haven't seen one since. ;_;

The wren is sooo cute! It's about the size of a hummingbird (it's still a baby), and every time I go feed it, it flies up to me really fast, perches as close to me as it can get, and opens its mouth. It's very endearing. ♥
