I almost went to bed without writing! :O
Dec. 6th, 2005 09:55 pmIt's past bedtime, but I'll be neurotic if I don't write before I go to sleep.
Anyway, today was pretty nice. :D Got lots of love from the now somewhat-recovered choir friends, which made me happy. ^^
During seventh period, I went with Cody, KK, Ari, and Selah to a choir performance at Condon Park in front of a bunch of elderly people. It was fun, even though Chris almost burst out my eardrums by loudly yelling about Fullmetal Alchemist spoilers in the car (and in front of two people who haven't seen the ending of the show! The nerve! :O). And KK got shotgun on the way there, because she's EVIL. Cody's front seat is MINE. MINE, I tell you! >D
When I got home, I found (surprisingly) that I had a writing muse. :O It was shocking. So I sat down for about two hours and wrote on and off, and eventually the muse died and I lost the ability to even string together coherent sentences, so I figured that was a good message to stop. I only got about 1000 words done, which is actually kind of pathetic, but it's better than nothing, and I've at least got the rest of the story mapped out in my head. It shouldn't be too difficult to finish now. I hope KK has time to beta it before the deadline...
I also have a drawing of Ed and Naruto to do for Anime Club's secret santa thing, I want to do a picture for
naruto_wishlist to go along with the previously mentioned fanfic, I was supposed to burn stuff I didn't (although I started burning Hitchi's DVDs for her--it'll be a little while before they're done, though), I have a letter to write for English class... AUGH. I can't even remember all my priorities, they're getting so long and jumbled.
I got the brilliant idea of holding a game show tomorrow at Anime Club, so I've spent the last hour or so rooting around my room, searching for anime convention freebees to give away as prizes. XD Found quite a few of them (I've only been to seventeen conventions--I'd better have a lot of anime stuff), though I'm not sure how exciting of prizes they are... Then Ryan and I conspired on my bed to make questions easy enough for the Anime Club to get. Which was...pathetic. Ryan knew all the answers, and he doesn't regularly watch nearly as much anime as I do.
I also burned Final Fantasy VII: Last Order on to DVD. Because...um...I can, that's why. I also burned some AMVs on the DVD, but was unhappy because the main AMV I wanted to burn on the darn thing was in PAL format, and I'm burning NTSC. Does anyone know how to change that without lowering the file quality or type? 'Cause I could convert it to MPEG and everything would be fine, but I don't want to because of the quality loss.
I'm now in love with this Bleach song. I haven't even seen Bleach (although I intend to), but I love the song. It makes me immensely happy.
That's all. I should go to bed, even though I'm all hyped up now and probably won't be able to sleep for at least an hour. @_@ I don't feel sane in the slighest.

Hmm, about DVD converting...there's probably freeware out there, you would just have to google it.
Yay, thanks! ^^; Doesn't matter how long it takes, it's fine.
