Madrigal Dinner

Ah, today was fun. I slept in until about 11 AM, and then spent most of the rest of the day drawing SasuNaru and LeeSaku. ♥ I even got Ryan to draw Lee (and admit that he likes SasuNaru AND Kakairu! *Gasp*).

That summarizes the majority of my day. ^^;

Anyway, I went to Madrigal Dinner at about six, and that was completely awesome. I was there 'til past ten, and it was totally great. Everyone did such a good job. ^_^ I was sitting next to the mother of one of the few people in Anime Club who I actually really like. My dinner took forever simply because I didn't know how to indicate I'm a vegetarian and therefore they had to specially prepare something for me. It was a wonderful evening, though, and I socialized with everyone afterwards for a little while. 'Twas so much fun. I wish I could afford to go all four nights. ^^;;

Ross and his kids are spending the night again. @_@ Luckily, I only have to put up with them for about an hour, and by now they're all asleep. They're leaving at 8 AM, which hopefully means they won't cause any chaos. Hopefully.

What exactly is the madrigal dinner? Sounds interesting.

It's a big dinner where the choir all dresses up in old English costumes, does a bunch of fun skits, and sings. It's in the Miner's Foundry, which is this really old building downtown, and everything is all decorated. It's a pretty lavish event. It's really awesome--I'm sure you'd love it. I don't really know how to describe it--somehow it's more than what I described. O_o;
