So far, this hasn't been fulfilled. *Shrug* Not to imply that I expect horoscopes to be accurate, but I wish something shocking and exciting and meaningful would happen like it says. Maybe it will. I don't know. Theoretically, I could potentially make it happen, but I'm not sure if I want to. :/
Anyway. It's rainy and pretty today. I was going to write again yesterday from Mom's computer, but, well, I got home from school and sat on the couch and started watching Psychic Witnesses and I fell asleep. Eventually, Mom and Ryan were annoyed that I was sleeping on the couch, so they insisted I go to bed. So I did. I didn't wake up until around 7:30 PM, which was when I forced myself to take a shower, call Cody, and finish Out of the Silent Planet. I went back to sleep at about 9 PM. I had trouble sleeping at that point--partly because I had already slept so much and partially because my mind was plagued with the usual overanalyzing of things.
I eventually fell back asleep, though.
Today has been thoroughly uneventful so far. In Art, Jasmine and I talked about random weird things; I sat there aimlessly in Econ; PE, we played volleyball indoors because of the rain (and I couldn't hit the darn ball); Art was uneventful; and in English, 80% of the class was gone so the remaining students just talked to Mrs. Mclean about books made into movies. At the end of the period, I talked to Mrs. Mclean about how Fullmetal Alchemist connects to Frankenstein, and also mentioned Eva, and she says I can maybe show some episodes of FMA in class soon. :D I'm very excited about it, and I'm already brewing ideas in my head about what I want to say about it and how I want to present it.
During seventh period, I randomly went to the library with Shannon, where we...uh...did nothing, pretty much. Talked about anime and today's teenagers and random things. After that, there was a rally, which of course I didn't go to, and I instead sat around in the choir room talking to Freshmen anime fangirls.
That in and of itself was a unique experience. Let's just put it that way.
Basically, they squealed about Inuyasha and Fruits Basket the whole time. I attempted to relate. Not sure that worked very well, either. I was bored, so I randomly handed one of them some Japanese SasuNaru fanart I had printed out (and just happened to be in my art sketchpad, for staring at). Conversation:
Girl: "Wait, is this a guy and a girl, or a girl and a guy?"
Me: *Huge grin* "Actually, it's two guys."
Girl: Eeek! *Drops it* That's terrible!
So then I had to explain to her the joys of shounen-ai. ._.; Geez, what kind of an anime fangirl doesn't even know about shounen-ai?! And this girl claims to frequently read fanfiction, too! :O I am shocked and appalled.
Anyway, then I told the whole story about the mystery can yaoi at Fanime, which caused hysterics on their part. One of the girls said she didn't think she'd ever laughed that hard. ^^; Um, okay...? Now that I think about it, though, I realize I left out some vital parts of the story (ie, the whole thing with KK's sandals being taken hostage). Oh well. Can't go back now.
I had Mom drive me to Dad's house, where I immediately called Cody. He came over after about a half hour, and we sat on my bed drawing for about two hours. He would've stayed longer, but his Mom called to remind him he had to sing at the football game at NU. ;_; Wahhh. He said he'd come back later, though. I hope he does.
I signed up for
naruto_wishlist today! I'm really excited--it's going to be so much fun! :D If anyone else wants to sign up, I'd love to have someone to talk about it with. KK, you should do it! I don't know, that's just awesome to me. It even might be motivating me to write on my SasuNaru fanfic for once. :O I might just do that--although I'm wrestling with my feelings right now, and the horoscope is screwing with my mind, and now I can't decide just what I want to do.
Oh well. At least I'm in a good mood. It's such a Friday. X3
