sasuxnaru giving me wonderful reviews! *Bestows love and hugs on all of them*), so I think I'm going to go draw and maybe write, too.
First period, the first thing I did was ask Mr. Baxter to borrow his tape and get permission to run around the school putting up Shikamaru birthday posters. XD This was successful, and only one got drawn on throughout the course of the day. The rest of the period, I drew wolves and listened to Wolf's Rain OST 1. It was particularly inspiring today, for some reason. Funny I'd have more inspiration on Shikamaru's birthday than on any other day... Heh, ironic.
Second period...I actually did research for once. It was boring. I also sat there and waited for reviews on my fanfic, because I'm pathetic like that. One actually did come during the course of that class. :P Immensely exciting. Geez, it doesn't take much to excite me.
Third period was hellish. x_x Seriously. Someone forgot to get the basketballs out of the girl's locker room before it was locked, so it took a total of forty-five minutes to obtain those basketballs. During that time, Mr. Humphers tortured us. He made us run laps, do push-ups, crunches, and these awful leg exercises. >< During the leg exercises, Chloe and I started laughing really hard because Chloe said something to the effect of, "Isn't this against the eighth amendment? Y'know, cruel and unusual punishment?" By the time the basketballs arrived, the entire class was exhausted.
Lunch was...um, most of the time I was trying to convince Zoe and Brian that I'm not obsessed with yaoi. XD;; It was fairly unsuccessful, so you know. Oh, and we talked about our creepy Naruto pairings Zoe and I created in the middle of the night a while ago and laughed.
Fifth period... Oh, I felt somewhat inspired, so I decided to add bird-shaped shadows over my face in the picture. I feel like I immensely improved both the composition and the meaning of the drawing by doing that. ^^ Mr. Baxter also complimented me on my eye, so that made me happy. We had awful, awful rap playing the whole period again. x.x I want to make a mix CD exclusively for art class, so I might do that later.
Sixth period was meh. :P I was drawing starved dogs and realistic Umbreons the whole period, so I was distracted from the uninteresting conversation on essays.
I was hanging out with everyone in Anatomy again today, and that was also rather unexciting. KK was sleep deprived and started cracking up partway through the period for no reason (32 hours of no sleep, and counting at that point), and...I did my homework for once.
Mom picked me up, I came home... I was trying my best to gather everyone to go to Pioneer Park and go cloud-watching for a few hours as Shikamaru's birthday present, but everyone was either busy or not home. ;_; I feel really bad about that, which is probably stupid, but I do. It would've been so much fun, too.
Ahhh well--I think Shikamaru got me some inspiration for his birthday, and I did get him all those posters and things... *Sigh*

WE could also postpone his B-day celebration until next week (And even put up the nice excuse that it was "too troublesome to actually throw it on the right day" because we were "too lazy". And that would be true Shikamaru-style. So maybe next week we can all go cloud-gazing at pioneer park. ^_^

I was actually thinking of that, too! I was going to say this weekend, but I just remembered you're going to Berkeley, so nevermind. Yes, we'll throw a true Shikamaru-party...a week late. XD
