Just finished Eva...

Other than that, I'm not quite sure how to feel. Did I love it? Did I like the ending? Did I hate the ending? How exactly did I interpret it? I don't know. I haven't decided what I think yet. I just know my head hurts and I'm confused. I think I liked it, though. The ending was boggling, to say the least. The last few minutes...um... I don't know.

I'm seeing where the parallels to RahXephon come in now (and there are plenty), though I still prefer RahXephon over Eva. RahXephon seems to be the counterargument to Eva, almost... Eva did make me happy, despite it seemingly being about human flaws; but RahXephon makes me happier. XD; I can't really describe it right now, though, as I'm in a state of confusion. Looking forward to some nice discussions with KK about Eva as a result.

I need to go to bed now, before my head explodes. @_@

I probably would. I like deep things that make me think. But do you believe those rumors now that people almost killed themselves because of the ending? Or what?

And which do you want to refer me to? Because I already have a stackload of FMA and Naruto to watch. Dx And I haven't found the time to watch them all. Which one should I go for first? I'd love to have a discussion with you guys about it.

Personally, I'd say Eva first. It's older, and, I have been told, Eva inspired RahXephon (However the fuck you spell it)... Or I dunno, maybe that's jsut my personal preference because Eva was one of my first Anime. Plus I've only seen like... What? Eight episodes of RahXephon? Yeah... Whatever.

You should've heard us trying to pronounce RahXephon before we saw the show (and had only read things about it)... 'Twas quite amusing. We finally cleared up the pronunciation with someone in the line at Anime Expo last year. XD;

They're not rumors. I've seen news articles and things that proved it. It's caused both suicides and murders. BUT, that was the movie, which I haven't seen yet. ^^;

OHHH do they make you think. More than any fictional stories I've seen/read/heard. Like...it hurts your head to think about them. But they're awesome.

They're both excellent. I personally prefer RahXephon (because I think it's better), but to be fair, Eva DID come first. So...um...it's up to you. I'll discuss anything I like, so I'm okay with either.

Ack, I have to watch the rest of FMA... I have all of it (fansubs, w00t!), but KK won't let me watch it without her. XD;

I haven't seen either of those shows, but I almost got the chance to watch Evangelion recently. I still intend to watch it, I guess I'll just have to dowload it :P I've heard about the other show, and judging by what little I know of them both, I think I'd probably agree with you. I'll just to watch them and let you know! XD

Oh, do watch them! They're definitely both worth it. They're both total mindtrips, but I mean that in a fairly positive sense of the word.

A lot of people don't like RahXephon after seeing Eva merely because of how similar they are... But I like the way RahXephon is told better, and some of the messages it conveys. It's almost like a more mature, less adolescent Eva. And it just makes me happier. XD;
