Errr...not much to say about the trip. Okay, actually I'm just lazy and don't feel like going on about the trip, but that's not the point.
We listened to Yoko Kanno for the entire trip. Way there, way back, drives to and from places... 'Twas fun. We passed Castro Street (is that what it's called? >> I can't remember.) I said something random about shounen-ai, started blushing, and then shut up because I didn't want to explain. XD Watched for shounen-ai couples. Saw a few, but not enough. Stayed at my uncle Mark's house in Oakland--he's obsessed with rock concert posters. Went to a party, which was somewhat unexciting.
It's been about 105 degrees here lately. Last night in San Francisco, it was about 60 degrees, and foggy. It was awesome. Dark and creepy looking, and made me want to write.
Slept at my uncle's, got breakfast in the morning at a good café (french toast! :)), went to a mall on the way back home, got Wolf's Rain and FMA t-shirts, got home. Cody showed up about thirty seconds after we got home, and then he and I sat around in my house and ate ramen and did drawings, until he had to leave about a half-hour ago. :3
There were more stories and things about San Francisco (dog on the highway, kittens and bunny, drawing, Loma and the noisemaker, etc.), but I'm too lazy to tell about them at the moment, and I want to watch forensic shows with Dad.

Date: 2005-07-18 11:31 pm (UTC)Back during the cold war, poor america was emasculauted when cuba stood us down... So we were... Castrated by CASTRO... Now everything else is a fradulent attempt to re-emasculate ourselve... Heh, so things like the war on "terror" are these fradulent phalluses... Hence why actions like the gulf war I and II are so hyper-masculin...
...They're really just an insecure, pseudo-masculin nation's pathetic attempt to get it's bearings (balls) back. Pretty pathetic. It's sorta like a steroid pumped football player who ias now a unix.
Such a funny image.
Also! Send me some more fics when you have time. I luffa you.
Hugs and kisses.
Miss you to death.
