I felt bad for not posting yesterday, but I had a sort of unplanned mini-party for the entire day, so I certainly didn't have the time.

As I was reading anime reviews on AnimeNewsNetwork yesterday morning, Cody randomly showed up, and we started watching Naruto because he's wayyyy behind us on it. He was on episode 6. O_o So, we watched up to episode 17. As we were watching Naruto, Nicole called and said she was going to come over. Shortly thereafter, KK called and said she was going to come over, too. Not too long after that, Makayla called and said she wanted to come over, too. So, one by one, everyone showed up.

At 1:30 PM, Cody had promised to help a friend move, so he left for a little while. While he was gone, we stopped Naruto...and started fangirling like crazy. We brought out the Naruto plushies, KK took out her brand-new, awesome laptop, and we jumped from computer to computer looking at shounen-ai fanart and squealing loudly. XD;; Great fun.

When Cody got back, we spent quite a while watching dumb/funny flash videos and equally dumb/funny AMVs and having a great time. XD We turned on Naruto again eventually, and finished the Zabuza/Haku arc, even though I found out that episode 17 is severely glitched. Oh well. At least 18 and 19, which are seriously dramatic, were unharmed. MEW, that arc is so sad no matter how many times I see it. ;_; It's devastating. Sasuke's fake!death is still sad, even though it's...well, obviously fake. O_o; Hakuuu, don't die. ;_; I even felt waves of pity for Zabuza.

When we finished this, Nicole and KK went out to SPD with some extra change and brought back ramen, which made it a REAL Naruto party. ♥

We spent almost the entire rest of the day listening to the Numa Numa song on repeat and fangirling on shounen-ai more. XD I have no idea why the Numa Numa song was so fascinating to us all the sudden, but it was. I was thinking of you, though, Hitchi. XD I almost called you so you could talk to my friends and I, but it was 6:30 PM at this point, and it struck me that it would be 9:30 PM where you live.

We considered having Cody and Nollin (who randomly showed up at one point--even though Nicole never said he was coming over) drive us down to Howl's Moving Castle an hour away, but we eventually decided against it.

Eventually, Dad kind of wanted the people to go elsewhere, so people slowly left, one by one, except KK, who we arranged to spend the night. :D KK and I walked Makayla home, where she was showing us manga and some music, so we got home after dark. It was a nice walk--we talked mostly about writing and such, which seems to be a popular theme in our conversations. Well, fanfiction, SasuNaru, shounen-ai, SasuNaru, fanart, religious rants, SasuNaru, more religious rants, SasuNaru, etc. It's great fun. :)

When we got back, KK wanted to watch RahXephon, so we got about 8 episodes in. This was...not so successful. XD She liked it, but...er...she found some interesting undertones involving the RahXephon being an uke who pudding-wrestles. XD Don't even ask. Anyway, so she kept cracking up and not being able to stop, and we decided after a while that maybe watching RahXephon in that state of mind wasn't a good idea. It was hilarious, though. Also, she decided that the wings on the the RahXephon's head were eyebrows. XD

After that... I honestly have little memory of what we did. I know we were looking at SasuNaru and KakaIru fanart on KK's laptop, I know we were trying to justify that KakaIru exists (using some rather...interesting evidence), and I know we talked a lot about fanfiction. I definitely know we ended up watching Naruto 128-134 as the sun rose, but other than that I'm not sure how we stayed up the whole night. What did we accomplish? I don't know. Just a lot of amusement, I suppose. Neither of us was tired in the slightest for the whole night. We ate fruit snacks and Trix cereal. We drank water. We laughed hysterically. It was fun. It was so fitting that KK had her "I ♥ Yaoi" shirt on.

At about 7:30 AM, the sleeplessness caught up with us a little, and we ended up sleeping in until about 12:30, which I suppose is a semi-sufficient amount of sleep. Kind of.

So...yeah. Now Ryan and Tanner are bugging me to lend them money so they can go to the store. >< I hate being bothered while I'm typing.

Yay, there's a choir concert tonight at 7 PM!

KK left to go to her house and take care of her animals for a while, but she's getting a ride back here at 5 PM and coming to the concert with me. :)

So, yay for friends. XD

OMG YAY, you have been converted to teh Dragostea Din Tei song!! XD I have other O-zone songs and the Haiducii version of Dragostea if you're interested. XD There are many, many flash movies involving Numa Numa, too, even though maybe you saw them all. XD Ooooh, I also had the link to the official music video, I might be able to find it if you want. XD

Shoot, I need to catch up to and surpass Cody, now that I can. XP

Yes, I've been converted. XD I found a great AMV of Shikamaru and Chouji (from Naruto) singing the song, and it's beautiful. ♥ Oh, we kept finding weird flash videos and watching them. XD

Yes, go Hitchi!! You can win! (Especially seeing as Cody only watches Naruto with me and he's going to Spain on Friday.)

Aw, I should've! I didn't want your parents to get mad at me for calling so late, because I'm not sure how they are about that. XD

I wouldn't call later than ten...if you call before ten and the call runs over, then that's okay. They'll probably understand that there's the whole time difference, and if they do get mad, we can just make the cut-off time earlier in the future. ^_^
