Let's see... I woke up before 9 AM so I could watch Pokémon. Not a very interesting episode, to be honest. ^^;; Ludicolo was entertaining, though. Grovyle continues to be cool, and for some stupid reason the way he stands reminds me of Sasuke. Only I'd make these connections.

After Pokémon, Dad went running so I sat in the living room and watched AMVs on the TV for at least an hour. Ryan and Jake (who is over for the entire weekend because his parents are out of town) were playing Roller Coaster Tycoon, but they took occasional breaks to watch favorite AMVs with me or sing along to familiar songs. It was funny when all three of us burst out singing Stacy's Mom merely because we love the AMV. XD The song itself is disturbing, but when put to the footage it was put to...it's even more disturbing! But entertaining, too, with the footage, instead of being just disturbing. XD

After that, we decided to go hiking over across the bridge near Independance Trail. We drove out there (listening to Escaflowne music all the way), and started hiking. It was extremely beautiful, and I tried to take pictures, but the digital camera's batteries were out. x.x Even if I had been able to take pictures, I couldn't have put them on the computer for a while anyway because of the stupid software problems we haven't been able to get rid of yet.

I've now realized it's hard to describe how pretty it was there. It was a perfect hiking day--about 60 degrees Fahrenheit, sunny, and nice clouds. I was walking really fast, so I was up about three hundred feet ahead of everyone else. There were lots of fox droppings, which means there are lots of foxes around there. I didn't see any foxes, though.

We stopped at a beach a few miles out and stayed there for quite a while fiddling with rocks and checking out the scenery. Dad and I kept finding quartz and cracking it against other rocks in hopes of finding some gold. We didn't find any, though. ._. I found a really smooth rock and kept it (it's now sitting on my bedstand). I also found a rock that could be used as chalk and proceeded to write in Japanese on darker rocks I could find. Dad found a big, smooth rock that he used as a recliner. Ryan and Jake were all noisy and kept throwing big rocks at huge rocks.

I also found a crawdad claw and was going to keep it as a friend for my other crawdad claw (which I still have from the Tahoe field trip with my English class), but then I smelled it and it smelled awful. >< Rotting crawdad flesh.

Well, we turned around after a while and hiked back, and that was that. It was a nice hike and such a beautiful day.

After that, we listened to various anime music while we drove out to Jake's to fetch his keyboard so he could practice with it, and then we went into downtown Grass Valley to retrieve Dad's watch from a jewelry repair shop.

Home we went.

Automatically, I decided I wanted to watch Pokémon 7, so I did.

Not going to go into detailed reactions, but I really did enjoy it. Beautiful animation. Kind of weird pacing, and the plot felt a little...different...in some way I can't exactly describe, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Tooi is adorable. ^_^ Um...I don't know what to say. I always forget 90% of a movie after the first time I watch it. @_@ I can't wait to watch it again.

Then I called Nicole out of curiosity about what she was doing and whether the second performance of the play went well, and while we were talking Cody showed up at her house, and so the three of us decided to hang out at Nicole's. I walked there, and when I got there, we sat around in her room for quite a while. Cody was mainly drawing, and the three of us kept holding conversations about nothing in particular. It was nice having all three of us together again, though, somewhere outside of school. Nicole and Cody have been so busy with their extracurricular activities lately, but now that the play is over with, we'll have more time to hang out together.

Nicole left at about 6:30 PM for a babysitting job, so Cody and I ventured to my house. Dad, Ryan, and Jake went to Ryan's basketball game, so we were just sitting in my room drawing, listening to music, and talking (again, about nothing in particular) for a long time. We took a break for a while and watched the AMV Odorikuruu (very fun/addictive/annoying) several times, ate eggrolls, and watched a funny flash video involving GI Joe. At around 9:30 PM, Cody decided to leave, so he grabbed his drawings, hugged me goodbye, and left.

Then I decided I was bored and started writing this. ^_^

I'm semi-tempted to watch more Naruto, but it's awfully late right now, so maybe I should do something that's not going to involve me in it so I can go to sleep at a reasonable hour. Yeah...I should do something more relaxed than watching Naruto.

I love my friends. ;_; *Random*

Anyway, erm...I feel like I had something else to say, but I don't know what it was. I guess I should go, then. Ja ne!

Hey there! I know you, too. ^_^ Nice to see you here!

Yep, still a serious Pokéshipper and can't imagine that ever changing. It's practically a given in my life by now.
