pacificpikachuI can't believe it's September already! Bring on the fall weather!
I'm doing a bit better today than yesterday. I watched up to episode 8 of Chihayafuru last night and I'm really enjoying it a bunch. I look forward to the rest of it! I highly recommend it to anyone up to watching a great series. Don't let the fact that it's about karuta scare you off! It's wonderful.
I went with mom to our local dog show that's held once a year. I took a bunch of pictures of the doggies and saw some darling corgis! Both pembroke and cardigan. :D I finally got Honey a new collar, as her old one--while it works fine for now--had numbered days, as it was too big and one of our foster dogs chewed the clasp. The new one is a pretty red one with gold and black and a soft inside part. I'll have to take a picture of it on her.
I took one of my meds for energy and I think it was too high of a dose, as I'm rather jittery now. Oh well, I just went to the doctor and got meds switched again. Thyroid medication was upped and I'll be trying a different stimulant. My doctor actually has the same birthday as me, which is kind of awesome. My doctor also said he's going to refer me to a gynecologist to talk about ablation (and of course sterilization at the same time, because it would be silly not to) because we both think my period might be involved with my issues, or at least making them worse.
Tomorrow I'm going with mom to Roseville and Davis to visit my grandma and shop, so that'll be nice. Getting out of the house does help me I think.
I'll be getting four baby peafowl on September 11th or so. I'm excited! I'm only keeping one, but I know exactly where the other three will go. It'll be so fun to have them, I'm sure they'll be darling.
I'm a bit sad that I forgot this weekend is Sac-Anime, because I ended up getting today off so I could have gone if I had planned ahead. ;; Oh well, there will be many cons in my future, so it's okay. But it would have been nice to see friends.
