pacificpikachuYesterday I felt sick for several hours. I don't know why. I woke up from REM sleep (dreaming about Lucky seriously maiming the injured guinea fowl I'm caring for), so that normally makes me tired for the rest of the day, but once I got home from work it went from just really tired to sick. My stomach hurt in that weird way where it feels like you swallowed a rock, I was a bit queasy, I had chills, and just felt extremely blah. I thought the sickness was going to hang on, but after sleeping a bunch last night I feel mostly better. Odd! Not complaining, though. I'm just glad I feel better. I'm going to do nothing but rest for today, though.
To top it off, the internet was down all of last night. I guess there was some accident on Highway 49 that caused internet problems? Well, that's what mom said, anyway. That was annoying, but I used that time to continue arranging Pokémon fanart in my folders. I'm copying the most amazing ones and the cutest ones into their own folders of awesome. So far I have almost two thousand images in each folder, haha, and those are only the best of the best and I'm less than halfway through folder three out of four.
My friends and I were going to have another corgi party at the dog park today, but it's raining and terrible weather for dog parks. Especially because Honey and Hooch hate the rain. Oh well, we'll have plenty more opportunities!
I managed to buy two more surfing Pikachu items I didn't have! Yay! *A* Surfing Pikachu items I don't have are getting more and more scarce, which is a good thing, but it's a collection I love adding to as well.
I also won a SatoKasu doujin for starting bid, which is unusual, but I'm happy. :D There was another one up as well but I decided not to go for it for now--from experience, the person bidding on it tends to go really high, and I wasn't so wild about the art style that I had to have it. I'm excited to get all the cute doujin I've won (I think I've won five?) in the mail once I have them shipped! I love pretty, fluffy doujin.
Today's a good rainy day to watch TV, do things on the internet, sort through stuff, and other low-energy activities.
Aaaaand the power just went off and on again as I was writing this. ^^; Oh, our area's electricity does so badly in storms.
