Aug. 1st, 2010 07:27 pmCandace, the lady from BackYardChickens, was really nice! We talked for two hours about chickens...while in the chicken coop the whole time, hahaha! I adopted one of her blue laced red wyandotte hens because she has a crooked beak and I like taking disabled animals (not that she's that disabled by her beak, but still), and I also took a very chatty/friendly partridge rock hen. As a nice surprise, she decided to also give me another blue laced red wyandotte hen with no problems whatsoever. :D Blue laced red wyandottes are gorgeous and these birds are from distinguished breeders, so I'm happy! ♥
I'm on an Ebay and Y!J spree at the moment. @___@ Not meaning buying, just spending hours crazily combing through search results in search of...??? I'm not sure what. It's just a very driven state of mind where that's pretty much all I feel like doing until I have completed my mission, whatever my mission is. XD My Watch List on Ebay is going to be massive by the time I'm done! I should hopefully snap out of it given a few more hours of aimless hunting. I should definitely be spending my time doing something more productive/meaningful, but I can't seem to turn away! It's like a trance, fff.
Urgh, I could really use a job. Both for the money and the "doing something productive" factor. :V
