pacificpikachuI haven't posted much because I've had a pretty uneventful week since Fanime. Well, until yesterday! I went to Chickenstock in Kelseyville, which was lots of fun. It was at this beautiful ranch, and everyone from BackYardChickens was really nice. Also, lots of delicious food and the drive to and from Kelseyville was pretty. I somehow ended up coming home with four serama chicks (really hoping for at least two hens out of them) and seven coturnix quail chicks, all of which are four days old. They're all adorable, I'll take pictures today. :)
Unfortunately none of my bantams found homes, other than one OEGB that I sold to a girl outside of Tractor Supply on the way home. XD I just posted them on Craigslist in hopes that will get them homes, as I really can't keep all of them. I think most of the people at the Chickenstock were more interested in egg layers, hence the lack of interest.
I've been so sleepy lately, urgh, no matter how much I sleep or try to muster some energy. =___= Maybe I'll post again later about non-poultry things when my computer is being less stupid.
