Thanks for your concern, everyone! ♥ you all. I'm feeling quite a bit better today. Not 100% but at least 80-90% better anyway. I think my slump was due to a combination of the bad sleeping schedule, hormones, and the stress, though I'm not ruling out other possibilities as well. I'm going to take it easy over the weekend, though, just in case.
