Pictures from the last time I was at Graylodge. Gahhh, some of these pictures turned out so pretty. It was totally worth it even though we got there late and only got to stay for about an hour and a half.
First off, the Tundra swans! There are thousands of these birds in the rice fields on the way down. They were all spread out so it was impossible to show just how many there were, but they are quite magnificent birds.

I really love the following picture for some reason. The tint of it is just so weird, and...I don't know. I just love it.

My crummy pictures of the Sandhill Cranes! Well, four of the Sandhill Cranes, anyway. There were eight or ten or something like that. Oh well, at least I got to see them. And the pictures could be much, much worse, so it's okay.

B-bye cranes. ;___;
Such a perfect bird V!

Now time for...GORGEOUS SUNSET. One of the prettiest I've seen, though I think the time I was at Graylodge about a year or two ago was even more incredible (the entire land was orange, and the sky was just...KJSKFSKJF), and this one sunset in Tahoe was probably the most breathtaking sunset I've ever seen. Two full arc rainbows during the sunset and storm clouds and wild colors everywhere, all reflecting on the lake? If I had died right then I wouldn't have even cared. It was like heaven. I wish I had gotten pictures of that.

I would just stand there in the near dark and above there were constantly huge flocks of ducks and geese and all kinds of other birds flying overhead and calling to each other...so incredible.
I hope you enjoyed the pictures!
