All of the wild turkey babies died while I was gone. I'm rather sad about it, as I really loved those guys and they were all so healthy and happy when I left. I was looking forward to getting to raise them and release them. We're not sure what happened. It was possibly because they were fed mealworms and they couldn't digest them, but that's just a guess.

Disabling comments because I'm fine and don't need any reassurance. It's just really unfortunate. :(

The jays went to the flight cage, though, and I may be getting some quail later today.
