pacificpikachuWoo, I'm at 4098 words! \o/ It's going pretty well, really. Not perfect, but well enough. I like my character's interactions with each other. They're amusing. X3
Aubrey, her little sister Ellery (who is also doing NaNoWriMo), Ryan (he tagged along because mom was at work and he didn't have anywhere else to go), and I went to Cafe Mekka together as a little writing get-together. We talked a little about our stories, and wrote together for a while. Unfortunately, mom got off work rather quickly, so we were only there for a little over an hour. Still, I got about 800 words or so done in that time! Not too shabby, considering I was eating, discussing, and other such distractions during that time.
I hope people from the NaNoWriMo forums and Kathryn, Ciera, and Jared are able to come to Mekka with us to write next Friday. It was fun!
I'm almost shocked by how fun and painless NaNo is so far. :D I'm sure I'll hit a snag somewhere along the line, but as long as I keep typing away, it's all good.
Also, I've been obsessed with this song for well over a week now. ♥ I looove it.
