Finally, some cosplay work

First off, I'm about 95% sure I sold my beanie babies (for $220, though I'm shipping them to Canada and that's...not going to be particularly cheap, as they weigh a LOT). As cute as the little buggers are, I don't really have a use for letting well over one hundred of them sit around aimlessly, and I really need the money for anime conventions and cosplay. The fake fur on my costume isn't going to be cheap. :/
Dad kept being all dramatic about me selling them ("What if they're worth hundreds someday?! What if the shipping is like $150?! BUT I LIKE THIS ONE!"), but, dude, they're beanie babies. Very cute but ultimately all they'd do if I kept them is sit around in the garage in a box. I might as well sell them to someone who will actually care about their well-being, and, in exchange, get some money I can actively do something with.
Also, I finally started my costume in the sense of actually doing work on it. I was completely baffled by working with the Wonderflex for a good forty-five minutes or so, but I did end up figuring it out and getting it to work for me. I've got the base of the head done and it's looking quite nice, although it's going to be hard to see out of because the eyes are on the side of the head. XD; Oh well. I haven't started the ears yet because I need a base to go off of so they won't end up wilting on me. They're going to be huge!
Well, I'd better go to bed. I was planning on doing some Biology stuff before class tomorrow, but oh well. ^^; I can always do it in the half-hour or so I'll have before class or during the lunch break.
