pacificpikachuOkay, I'm back from Santa Rosa/Bodega Bay, and apparently I'll be spending the New Year sitting on my bed (probably browsing LiveJournal) just as I am now. So much for having friends over... We just got home about fifteen minutes ago.
So, a total of TWO (yes--count 'em. TWO) notable things happened during my trip.
1. I sprained my ankle. What joy! Now I gimp around and look ridiculous and take bad-tasting pain medicine. I stepped wrong while hiking down the the beach at Bodega Bay because I wasn't paying attention. I was distracted because I was talking about birds to my aunt and uncle. Go figure. I can't take care of my animals for a week or so.
2. I SAW A BABY BOBCAT TODAY IT WAS SO CUTE. ♥ It was a little bigger than a housecat and it was walking around the house in Bodega Bay and I wanted to snuggle it but that would be a really stupid thing to do. :(
So, I'll write when it's actually 2007. Just to be clichéd, and actually see it say "2007."
Now to catch up on my friends list.
