Ides of March!

...And again, I'm feeling mysteriously better. WTF, moods? Why can't you make up your mind?

I seriously need to go back and watch Gankutsuou episodes 6-8 because I totally didn't get them. Not because I'm stupid or anything--it was just rather difficult to concentrate on them yesterday with Aaron continually discussing the X-rated things he wished to do to Peppo and Nicole throwing the condom she got me for my birthday at me. I cannot emphasize enough how this disturbed me. I threw it away when she initially gave it to me, but KK or someone retrieved it out of the trash and my friends proceeded to play catch with it. Later, I threw it away again and this time it stayed where it belonged. XD;; Cody got me this really cute chicken made out of sticks. It's about a foot tall and smells really good because it was in a candle store.

I have $529 saved away for Fanime and Anime Expo so far. :O And I haven't even gotten all my birthday money yet, so I feel really accomplished.

Er...today. Let me think...

I woke up today and was feeling distressed because of the usual reasons. I felt a little better once I woke up a little more, and throughout the day continued feeling better and better because Cody kept giving me nice, warm hugs and my friends are funny. XD;

The ice on the stairs was insane to walk on this morning... I had to death-grip the railing (which was covered in snow), so my hands were bright red from the cold by the time I got down them. I feel like such an old, feeble woman when I walk on ice or snow, because I'm a Pisces and have no balance whatsoever. So I have to hobble around extremely slowly and hope I don't fall and break my hip or something. XD;;

First period...I was going to watch AMVs until I realized I hadn't brought my AMVs. Um...yeah. So I listened to the Sousei no Aquarion and Tsubasa Chronicle OSTs and inked my current project for my fifth period class. Not too exciting, but made me feel better, for some reason. I have to figure out what medium I want to use to color the cat. I can't use watercolor (which I hate anyway) because it'll smear the ink, so I'm thinking I might just use the tried-and-true colored pencils. I'm starting to think I should get some good markers, though. Copic or Prismacolor or something. If anyone knows where I could get some for fairly cheap, I'd be very grateful. ^^;

Second period was boring.

Third period I was dreading the terrible running-back-and-forth-to-beeps exercise, but luckily and for unknown reasons, Mr. Humphers decided instead that we could play basketball. Well...after lots of jumping jacks, crunches, and push-ups, but it's still better than running. x.x Basketball was uneventful. I mainly just stood in the way, wandered aimlessly, and thought about things. Tony was being funny, though--he kept singing this really annoying song, over and over again, while he was playing. XD;; It was so stupid--I can't describe it.

During Lunch, Zoe and I put up the Anime Club poster and had the most [intentionally] unintelligent written discussion on said poster. It involved lots of "ur mom!", mentions of Mr. T, "n00b", and other stupidity. I wish the poster hadn't disappeared... I would have loved to have scanned it. It was so funny.

I had intentions of working on my project during fifth period. Really, I did. However, my lack of mediums to work with limited what I could do with it, so I mostly just joked around with my friends as usual. Cody came and goofed around with us during fifth lunch, and we all...er...I don't remember. Did stuff that was funny. The usual.

Sixth period was boring.

I read Newtype during Anatomy. No newspapers today, for some reason.

Anime Club went surprisingly well today, considering that I didn't bring in Sailor Moon live action as I had promised. We ended up having a drawing meeting and watching Densha Otoko, which went over much better than I thought it would. Such a fun series. :3 Everyone seemed pretty hooked.

The rest of the day...I've spent burning Advent Children multiple times for people and the Fullmetal Alchemist movie. That's all. Not much of an eventful day, but it was a big improvement on my mood, which was nice. Angst is not fun, that's for sure.
