My mind is utterly unfocused at the moment, and I don't know why. @_@ I'm kind of in the mood to go all introspective and write out stuff (not on here, though, mind you), but my mind doesn't seem to be able to keep focus for more than about one tenth of a second, so I guess I'm going to have to chill for a while before I try to get anything interesting or important done.

Today was...laid-back and nice, but not phenomenal. Despite my best efforts, Mom was later waking up than usual (apparently, she was dreaming), so I didn't really get to see my friends before school. Well, I talked to KK for about ten seconds, but that's not long enough by my standards. :/ Equivalent Exchange, though--on the car ride to school, the sunrise was incredible. Gold and pink and purple against a shining blue background and filled with interesting cloud-textures to boot. It was gorgeous. I wish I had brought a camera with me.

I played Pokémon Emerald for all of my TA Period.

I read Wikipedia articles on RahXephon and Now and Then, Here and There during Econ, but most of the time I had to have the computer monitor off while people were presenting their Powerpoints. I'm not entirely sure why I read all these Wikipedia articles--I already know almost everything I read--but I suppose it's just a good summary of different views and things, and I like that.

Badminton all period in PE. I successfully predicted that we would have a sub today, so I was proud of myself. We had Mr. Pipkin. It always amuses me when I have Mr. Pipkin for a sub because I used to have a brown netherland dwarf rabbit named Pipkin.

Lunch was as it usually is. Pokémon has become what we talk about for most of lunch now, which is really exciting for me because it's been a while since I had people to talk about Pokémon with. :D

I worked on my project and played Gameboy during Art. Also, Kate Bowman, Luke, and some guy from Ceramics I don't know showed us slides of their works. I felt so inferior compared to them--I'm glad I don't take my art all that seriously. ._.; They're really serious artists, and they're awesome. I wish I had some of their paintings to show you guys--they seem like they could be the next really popular artists. I still need to post those art room pictures.

We continued watching Gulliver's Travels in English. It's a fascinating and very entertaining movie. This was made especially interesting to me because there was a floating island called LaPuta in it, which is apparently what Miyazaki based his Laputa off of for Castle in the Sky. Naturally, this piqued my interest.

Cody left at the beginning of 6th period for a funeral (a friend of his family died), so I only saw him once all day. ;_;

I read the newspaper during Anatomy. Everyone was taking their final for most of the period.

This evening, Dad and I went to Book Seller, and I finally met Sunny--who is the resident manga fan at the bookstore. :D She seems really nice--I'd like to drop by and visit her sometime while she's at the bookstore so we can have a full-out anime conversation. XD

Um...that was my day. I feel rather odd right now. Like I said, I want to write, but my brain seriously needs some sedatives or something. O_o;
