This morning, I had an odd dream that effectively stressed me out for the first half of the day. Have you ever had those sorts of dreams--where the mood they convey carries over into your day and you can't seem to rid yourself of it for a while? I'm not going to go into details as to what the dream was about, seeing as it concerns that one particularly sensitive thing that I *still* don't really want to talk about. Even though I'm sure it's glaringly obvious to anyone who spends much time with me at all. <.< No, it wasn't sexual or anything of the sort. I mention this because I get the sneaking suspicion somebody's going to try to imply that. It was actually really stupid now that I think about it.

Directly before my alarm went off, CC was sitting on my stomach and trying to come under the covers, but I refused to let her under because it was pointless. She kept making that weird "Mrrrow?" she does, though, so I felt bad for the poor kitty. XD; No idea why I just wrote about this, seeing as it's such an insignificant detail, but this is my journal and I figure I have the right to be as boring as I want to be.

I played Gameboy during all of my first period, in addition to talking to Kate, Jasmine, and Emily about random stuff. It was kind of a nice conversation, really.

Kate and I gave our presentation on Australia during Econ... That was fairly uneventful. We basically just made it up as we went along, but I think it sounded quite professional, really. I turned in my Econ book, and now I'm officially done with that class. :D

Badminton.

Lunch was hilarious as usual. Zoe had a deer tick on her leg this morning (and she brought the now-deceased tick in a plastic bag), and she thinks she might have Lyme's Disease. She's very proud of this and wishes she could show off her battle scars to everyone. XD I attempted to be a dancing mosquito again with my straw. (This is a common occurance.) Virtually everyone in our little circle had Gameboys or DSes today, so we were in a circle of handheld gaming-ness. Other funny stuff happened that I can't remember.

We just talked about what the most useless superpowers you could possibly possess would be for basically the whole period in Art. Yes, it was stupid. XD

We watched Gulliver's Travels in English, which I have concluded is a brilliant, hilarious, and interesting movie. *Nod* Some particularly fascinating moments, I must say. Very enjoyable.

During Anatomy, I discovered that Cody was setting up a study party, so naturally I had to come along. :D This ended up being a lot of fun, really, and vastly improved my mood. ♥ The people who were there were Cody, KK, Ari, Gabe, and myself, so it was a nice group dynamic there. :D I played the 2nd Fullmetal Alchemist game for a while while they were studying downstairs, but eventually I decided to help them study instead. I was...marginally useful, at best, but it was still kind of fun. XD The studying didn't really last so long (although it really was productive while it lasted), and soon dissolved into the typical wrestling/cuddling/talking/eating/being generally enthusiastic sort of thing we normally do. I really do like Ari, so it was nice to hang out with her outside of both school and choir performances. Gabe, Ari, and KK went home at about 5:30-6-ish, but I stayed around with Cody until about 6:50 PM. We were playing around with Snapeybot, and we got him to say that Harry Potter's father was much better in bed than Harry. XDDD;; We were vastly amused by this.

That was pretty much my day. It was really nice that it ended up being so social and affectionate after all--for the past week or so I've felt a little bit on the isolated side, so I'm starting to feel a lot less isolated now (and, actually, I think this supposed isolation very well might have been my imagination overworking again).

Definitely a good day.

And tomorrow's Friday the 13th! Everyone grab a black cat, some ladders, and some mirrors, and I'll meet you in the indoor umbrella shop. :D
