That darn Powerpoint took me long enough... I've been working on it for three hours straight. At least it's over with now. -_-;
Today was one of those weird days where everything is wonderful and happy and great, and then all the sudden it isn't and there's not really a reason. Very strange indeed.
I took a bunch of pictures of the Art Room during first period. I was going to upload them today, but it's getting late and I still have a ton of things I want to do before I go to bed, so... I'll post them over the weekend or something, okay? I swear, the Art Room is probably one of the cooler places in the universe. Not that I've been everywhere in the universe, but...y'know. I still manage to frighten the Freshmen with my behavior...even when I'm not actually acting that weird. XD Am I really that insane? I mean, I know I'm crazy, but...?
There were technical difficulties in showing the slide shows during Econ, so only one group got to present. Meanwhile, I...uh...read Wikipedia articles on Evangelion characters for no apparent reason. XD;
We're finally doing badminton in PE! OMG! I'm way too excited about this. It can't be healthy. But...yeah! A sport I can actually *play*! Tim and I work well as a team (and I'm good at badminton, period), so it's all great fun.
I got Zoe re-obsessed with Pokémon! This is really exciting, too. She's decided to become my eternal rival, so she's currently training a team to "beat me" with. Yeah, right. XD Our enthusiasm is spreading, too--we got several other people thinking about raising teams. We're hoping to hold a Pokémon Grand Tournament sometime soon with prizes and everything. So, I have to go start organizing my Pokémon and training some more. I just realized how bad of moveset my Jolteon Lightning has... ACK, how did I allow myself to do that? And he's part of my team, so...ick. And I finally get to start my Emerald version.
During lunch, I realized how insane my Dad is. It's wonderful.
Last night, Dad burned some of the french bread really badly. Like, it was BLACK. So he kept teasing me with it and trying to get me to eat it, and it was so funny I almost choked on my noodles from laughing so hard. He joked that he was going to pack it for me in my lunch. He makes vague "threats" (if you can call them that) all the time, so I didn't think much of it.
But I found a chunk of charred french bread in my lunch, which prompted a laughing attack. XD
Art was...unique. XD Zoe was playing Pokémon all period stealthily, as to not let Mr. Baxter see it. Kathryn, Makayla, Tony, and...other people, but I forget who, were playing this really silly vampire card game. XD;; Mr. Baxter caught them, but not Zoe. I started drawing chickies, and decided for my next piece, I'm doing some poor little chickies sitting on a grill, and labeling it "Happy Easter!" It's an anti-animal cruelty piece. *Nodnod*
In English, Mrs. Mclean showed us hilarious satires all period. One of them was a "Football Players' College Application", and one of the questions really cracked me up. It had an illustration of an enormous aardvark behind a really tiny car (the aardvark was about five times the size of the car), and the question was "Find the aardvark hiding behind the car. Time limit: 50 minutes." XDDD; Also, she showed us this really funny "Application to live in Nevada County". It was so true... Anyway, it was all really funny.
I read the newspaper all of Anatomy.
After school, I was supposed to go directly out and meet Mom, but I got sidetracked. XD; Nicole, Selah, KK, and I all ended up gathered around Mr. Baggett's computer, debating about the gender of a potentially shmexy cosplayer. We're pretty sure it's a guy, but not entirely sure. XD; It was pretty funny--we even got Kirstin, Liana, and Thomas in on it.
Mom was mad that I was late, though (that's pretty much where my mood went sour)--we went and picked Ryan up from school early and headed out to the stables, because Rivi was supposed to be shod. The horseshoer never showed up. We waited for an hour and a half at the stables. Luckily, I had some of my Pokémon games to play, but I was still kind of peeved.
When I got to Dad's, I just started doing my Powerpoint, and that's taken up the rest of my day.
Well, I have stuff to do. Good night!
