Well, this is it. Back to school tomorrow. Boy, did that break go by fast. I think I spent more than 50% of it with my friends, which is probably why it whizzed by with such speed.

Yesterday played out kind of like the day before yesterday played out. Once Cody left at about 11 AM, I was bored, so I took a warm shower. Seeing as I had only gotten about three and a half hours of sleep, the warm water made me very lethargic, and once I had dried off and gotten dressed, I stretched out on my bed "just for a little while."

Well, what do you know. I feel asleep at about 1 PM and woke up at about 7 PM. This is why I try not to take naps. ^^; So I got up, ate a little bit of pizza, figured out what was going on with Hitchi and RahXephon (yay! I can't wait for it to come! <3), and then Nicole called because she was bored.

In short, she and Cody came over again at pretty much the same time they did the night before last, and we all sat on my bed and read manga and did little doodles for quite a while. Unfortunately, Cody had promised he would be home at 11:30, so he left at about 11:20 PM.

Once Cody left, Nicole and I were kind of bored, and a little tired, too... Nicole decided she should probably get to sleep, because she had Driver's Ed again. We fell asleep at about 12:30 PM, and woke up at probably 7:45 AM. A lot more sleep than the night before, that's for sure! My dad drove Nicole to Driver's Ed again (and will probably pick her up, too ^^;), and I padded around the house, ate breakfast, and talked on the phone with Cody for about an hour. Mostly about AMVs and pretty music. ^_^

And now I'm sitting here taking anime quizzes that I found on Makayla's LiveJournal. Yay!

....chuuuu.....
You're a mascot!

You're small, you're cute, you're fluffy. You're the essential schoolbag accessory for every magical girl; you're probably sitting on the bishounen's shoulder; you hang around the base and provide comic relief from the mecha pilots; and once an episode you get squished by the Villain. You've somehow become necessary for every self-respecting anime series, although your plot functions are negligible. We all hate you, you know.

Which generic anime character are you?

Heh, very true.

li
You are a normal angel. Innocent and pure. Full of
light and hope. You love to be around others,
and really know how to have a good time. You
enjoy hanging around with mortals. You like ti
sing, which you are great at, and like to have
others near you. People are naturally attracted
to your bubbly personaliy, and love to be
around you. Normal angels are always popular,
and have lots of fans. You are happy go lucky,
with an interesting out look on the world.

Though you have experienced pain, that is all
behind you now. You see the bright side to
things, and are always there to help a person
in need. You are quite pretty, with a childish
air, though you know more than others think.

You are a really friendly person. But can be a tad
selfish at times.

You are bright and full of energy.

Better get my shades!

Hmmm. That seems pretty accurate. Except I'm not good at singing. ^^;

  • My #1 result for the SelectSmart.com selector, What "Wolf's Rain" character might you be?, is Toboe

Toboe is another character (along with Ryuichi) who I always, always, always get on quizzes no matter what. ^_^ Toboe and Ryuichi are also two of my overall favorite anime characters (along with Sato-chan and Spike and a few others), so I'm happy with that.

Dark Guru: Mysterious, charismatic and often more
than a little spooky, you are a master of
illusion and persuasion all at the same time.
You have a unique skill for reading people,
determining their desires, hopes and fears,
then molding yourself into an image that best
appeals to them, using that talent to quickly
subvert them to your superior will. You tend
to have a cult-like group of admirers and
friends around you most of the time, and those
you have swayed tend to speak of you with
passion and reverence. Whether or not you
actually believe in the line you are towing is
secondary, for it is not your dogma, but rather
your charisma, that makes others flock to you.
Other villains, even those you work with, will
often see you as strange, deranged or
dangerous, so you tend to prefer to be on your
own or in chargebut creativity and vision have
always had their price. Famous Comic Book Dark
Gurus include Magneto, Von Drake and Violator.

    Hmmm. That also seems rather accurate, for the tiny amount of evil I do have in me. ^^;

Well, I'm going to go enjoy the last of my vacation. Hope everyone else has a good day, too.

I wasn't planning on making another entry, but all of the sudden I am seized by a sudden obsession with logging all the uninteresting details of my life.

Today was another day that I expected to spent sitting around doing nothing all alone, and somehow my friends managed to show up, too. That's three days in a row that they've randomly appeared. ^.^

I spent very close to the entire day reading Yuki's LiveJournal. http://www.nittlegrasper.com/journals/ Seriously, top-notch journal-writing. If you have any interest in Gravitation, be sure to visit and get addicted to reading about all the Gravi characters' personal lives. The RPers who did this are incredibly excellent writers, and dead-on accurate as the characters they portray. And they've managed to cover basically every Gravitation character, too.

    Randomly, as I was reading Yuki's LiveJournal and chuckling to myself, Cody showed up out of nowhere to drop off Gamecube games for my little brother to play. Of course, he was going to stop by for just a second, but he ended up staying at least a half-hour, if not longer. ^^ This entire period was spent discussing Gravitation and...ummm...I can't remember what else. Maybe it was just Gravitation. For some reason, Cody was reminding me more of Shuichi than usual today. I don't know why, but it was kind of amusing me. Maybe I have been reading too much of that Yuki-RP. Cody left when he heard Nicole was coming over, seeing as my dad picked her up from Driver's Ed. "Too much cuddling for one weekend," was his justification, which I suppose is understandable. There's only so much glomping, hugging, and affection one 16-year-old Virgo male can handle within a certain amount of time. It's remarkable he puts up with us like he does. ^^;

Nicole then came over, and we spent about an hour and a half--yep, you guessed it--drawing. Then, she had to leave to do chores at her house, so I was left to read Yuki's LiveJournal again. I finished it while eating dinner at the computer. Yes, I was that obsessed. What can I say--it's a good read. Don't read it at work or school or around children, though. It gets a bit *cough* graphic, and somewhat frequently, too. What? This is Gravitation, after all. And I swear that's not why I'm reading the journals. ^^;; They're just overall very good.

The new Pokémon ending theme is very slow on my computer, unfortunately. And the clock on the TV got messed up, so my VCR didn't record Saturday's Pokémon episode. ;_; Darn, now I have to wait 'til Friday to watch both this weekend's Pokémon episode and the new Pokémon ending theme.

Nyaa~ I'm tired, and I have school tomorrow. -_-;; Wish me lovely Gravitation dreams!
