Yesterday was spent writing and illustrating a project for Creative Writing and studying for an Anatomy test, hence the lack of an update yesterday. @_@

The Creative Writing project ended up being fun, even though I couldn't KILL MY CHARACTERS like I normally do. ^^;; Naturally, being who I am, I wrote about a wolf puppy. I tell you, I can draw an anatomically correct wolf puppy faster than anyone I know now. In under an hour, I whipped out eleven drawings of this wolf puppy in different poses and at different ages. The drawings aren't even good, but they are proportionally correct. If they're anything, they're proportionally correct.

I got a little infection right at the corner of my mouth about two days ago (>.<), so now I have to put creme on it three times a day. It's not fun. Also, it's not big enough to deserve a whole band-aid, so I have to cut one up and put medical tape over it. Not that it's even that bad or anything...it just looks like a yuckified (yes, I *know* that's not a word) pimple, but... Ick. I don't like it being there. It bothers me. It should be gone in two or three days, though.

And it's only Tuesday. *Whiiine* I want Christmas break to come already! I can just sense this week creeping by slowly... Mom said she'll take me and some friends down to Japantown after Christmas so we can go artbook/manga/CD shopping in the mall there. ^.^ I love San Francisco! I would like to go live in San Francisco temporarily someday. I just think it would be really fun living in a city for a few months (though I don't know if I could take much longer than that).

Let's see... I feel like logging my uneventful day, so I think I will.

Got up this morning at 6:30 AM and was tired enough that I couldn't figure out how to turn my alarm clock off (even though I do that every morning). Got ready and usual. Listened to Wolf's Rain OST 2 while on the way to school.

First period, we spent almost the entire time figuring out the various charities we're helping out with. We got our Adopt-a-Family some great presents and sorted out the business of getting them a Ralph's gift certificate so they could buy a turkey dinner on Christmas night. ^.^ Unfortunately, all the stuff was stacked on my table, so it wasn't very productive trying to work on my drawings or get any last-minute studying done for the Anatomy test.

Second period...was boring. There was a sub, and we had to write more quotes on a whole bunch of random subjects. Most of mine ended up making about half as much sense as I wanted them to. The sub was nice, at least, and he insisted on reading a few of mine to the class. -_-;; A little embarrassing, because they really weren't all that insightful and were negative for the most part.

Third period I had the Anatomy test. I'm sure I got a C or D on it... It was short, but it was pretty specific on things I hadn't studied very well. Mr. Larsen needs to learn to tell us what his tests are going to be about. ._.;; It was too big of a unit to memorize absolutely everything.

Fourth I ran a whole bunch of Christmas stuff around the school. It's annoying--there's this one class I go into sometimes to deliver stuff. It's obvious it is a class of freshmen, because they always, always insist that whatever I deliver is some sort of a love letter or something. O_o;; Every time:

Me [to the teacher]: "Delivery for one of your students!"
Teacher: "Okay, thanks." *Hands it to whatever student it is for*
Students in class: "Ooo, who's that, [insert name of whoever got the note]? Is she your girlfriend?!"
Me: *Rolls eyes* "It's not from me. It's from that person's Link Leader. I'm just a TA--I only deliver stuff."
Students: "You love [whoever], don't you!?!"
Me: "I don't even know who that person is, or who sent it to them." O_o;
Students: "Ooo, [so-and-so] has a girlfriend!"
Me: *BIG SIGH* "I'm leaving now." *Door clicks and I'm gone*

It's so stupid. >.< Later on I discovered I had forgotten something that was supposed to go to that classroom, but I was just like, 'Forget it...' and brought it back to the Student Store.

During Lunch, Nicole and I went into the theater and watched the choir practicing for their concerts tonight and on Thursday. Nicole was going insane because the Baritones sounded awful. She spent almost the whole rest of the day going "UGH, the BARITONES!" at random people. It kind of confused everyone except me.

Oh, and I loaned KK Wolf's Rain. ;_; *SOB* I'll miss it so much... It's okay, though, I loaned her the bootleg, and I have more than half of the official release in addition to the bootleg. I also have the bootleg of the last four episodes, and I'm waiting for her to watch the first twenty-six before I loan her that. I'll hopefully survive not having the entire series with me for a week or so. Wish me luck.

Sixth period, Mr. Harter wanted us to solve these virtually impossible math problems. Luckily, he let us work in groups, but the problems were so confusing that the groups didn't help much.'

In English, last period of the day, Mr. Cartan emphatically read us The Polar Express. Apparently, he's been reading it to his students every Christmas for 21 years. He randomly decided that Chris Selbie was the main character of the story, so he scolded Chris if he didn't make face gestures appropriate to what was going on in the book. He also had the whole class doing all the sound effects. It was hilarious. If it said the elves cheered, the whole class had to cheer. If it said a whistle blew, we all had to make whistle-sounds. It was all terribly entertaining watching a class of Juniors in high school doing this.

I found out today that Erin has been keeping her DeadJournal since Freshman year (she's a Senior). O_O I hope I'm still writing in this years from now... It'll be awesome to see the evolution of the events in my life and so on...

After school, I hung out with Erin and Bee in the library. We discussed weird self-insertation fanfics (no, not for other people to read. We wouldn't subject anyone to those things--trust me) and sporks and whatever else happened to pop up.

Also, I learned that my Japanese final request finally went through. This deserves a cheer.

YES!!!

Now I have to do a little studying, and I'll be just fine. It's been long enough... Maybe I'll finally get to play my Fire Red! Isn't that so sad I still haven't gotten to play it? I'm going to start with a Squirtle and name him or her Fukideru. It actually means 'squirt'.

I have wolf puppies to ink. Have a good night, everyone!
