pacificpikachuYet again, I am super excited about all the new Pokémon! I like pretty much all of them this time! I've loved a considerable number of the X/Y Pokémon so far. This is going to be a good generation for me--possibly even the best.
I, like apparently many people, was hoping for a quadruped Fennekin evolution, but unlike a lot of people (at least on![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
pkmncollectors), I actually LOVE Teerunaa (even as someone who doesn't care for anthros). I think the design is really cute and interesting. Still kinda hoping for a quadruped final form, but regardless... I love it. ;; Actually thinking it might be a cosplay possibility, though I dunno, it would be pretty challenging, with those fur tufts and all!
Froakie's middle form is pretty sleek and awesome, and I'm excited to see its next evolution!
Oh, Chespin... Silly middle evolution. Reminds me of Pignite, which I don't like at all. But, it's cuter than Pignite at least, even if a bit derp, and some people have drawn some really cute fanart for it. I just hope its final evolution will be more awesome.
Mewtwo and Garchomp forms...ehhhh. But, whatever, I don't really care.
Kitties, dinosaurs, poodle --> Aaaaahhhh, awesome, I love them all! ♥
Pyroar has a pretty cool design, though I don't personally have much in the way of strong feelings on it.
I'm also REALLY excited Clemont is going to be in the anime! He's adorable and should be a really fun character. Dedenne, too, eee. ♥ And the X/Y protagonist girl should be awesome as well!
I hope this month goes by quickly. It's weird, because the days seem to be going by quickly, but at the same time, the countdown numbers seem to be going slowly. Well, we're in the final month stretch!
I'm doing a drawing of Mega-Absol and Spritzee for the X/Y countdown on Tumblr. I have most of the Pokémon themselves finished, just gotta figure out what to do with the background. I'm also doing an art meme with two other Tumblr friends, which has been fun. I'm glad I'm continuing to draw more lately.
I woke up from a long nap today and one of the baby chickens, Chichi (a friend named her), was all torn up! I don't know what happened, if maybe a neighborhood cat tried to grab her through the cage or what...? I can't figure it out, it's in a pretty safe area where I have chickens during the day every single day. Nothing else on any of the other chickens in the area. ;____; She's missing some skin on her back and wings, plus a bunch of feathers, and was all fluffed up and sad-looking. The poor baby! It looks really painful, but I'm pretty certain she's going to be okay. It'll probably hurt a lot for a bit and then it'll start growing back. I moved her in and put her on the heating pad with her foster mom Chiffon.
My two old girls seem pretty content in the coop and no one is picking on them, so I decided not to move them for now. They'd probably rather be with their flocks until the end, I think. They seemed to be doing fine today. I don't think they'll be around too much longer, though.
