Aug. 7th, 2013 05:48 pmYoko Kanno autographs are not going to be by lottery after all, which gives me a much better chance! It's going to be a stressful convention, but oh so worth it. I'm feeling fairly confident that things are going to work out and I am so EXCITED. ♥ :D
I'm leaving for the airport in an hour or two at the most! If you need me, send me a text--(530) 575-5750. I may or may not come online at all while I'm gone, it's hard to say.
I am so amazed that I might be accomplishing my #1 dream so soon. ; A ; I've waited more than a decade for this, though!
As if I needed another stress in my life right now, the neighbors are complaining about the chickens again (this time the roosters crowing), by means of a passive-aggressive sign (which isn't even that easy to see). I probably won't even tell my mom about the sign and let her discover it herself while I'm gone. Seeing as if I tell her, all she's going to do is fixate on it and go on and on in the car, stressing me out more, and obviously I can't talk to the neighbors about it while I'm gone. I dunno, maybe I'll tell her right before I leave. :x
What bothers me most is that I gave them my phone number and said, "Call if you have any questions or need to tell us anything so we can talk about it." And yet they still resort to passive-aggressive ways of going about it that involve no two-way communication. I think they think that they can bully us into getting rid of them or something, which isn't going to happen. Unfortunately for them, our area is zoned "residential/agriculture" and animal control has already said there's nothing wrong and I'm within my limits of animals I can have. Blah... I have no choice but to worry about it later, seeing as I'll be gone anyway.
