pacificpikachu | (no subject)

I did have a good rest of my birthday trip after my horrible illness. I was tired the next day, but not too tired to have fun with my friends and wander Japantown for hours and hours. \o/ I didn't actually buy that much, which is good for the sake of my impending Pikachu 3DS XL. It wasn't because I was restraining myself, I just bought only what I wanted. I got a Natsume Yuujinchou artbook and some little miscellaneous things, and some Japanese snacks and stuff. Surprisingly, I haven't felt sick since, even with eating lots of desserts the day after my sickness. I'm baffled by this, but also happy. I also worked all day today, and while I was tired, I made it through the day and didn't feel too tired to handle it. I did sleep really well last night.

Anyway, I'm surprised that I bounced back so quickly after the severity of that illness. It helped that Makayla drove most of the way home from SF, so that way I could rest (though I didn't sleep--I rarely sleep in the car).

I'm still recovering somewhat, but I'm sure relaxing all day tomorrow will help a lot with that. :D

I had a good birthday aside from the two nights of utter agony. ^^; It was really nice to spend time with my friends, though, and Japantown is always a fun place to go. ♥
