Ughhh, nooo, I just bought a 3DS XL like a week ago, and now they're going to release the Pikachu 3DS XL. ;____; The timing is terrible! I'm going to need that cute Pikachu 3DS XL, but how am I going to afford it...? My birthday is tomorrow, but I'm going to San Francisco tomorrow (which I'm really excited for), so there goes my birthday money. I have tons of things to sell, but nothing's really selling lately, and it's all small/cheap stuff anyway. Blah. Not going to get a big paycheck, either.

Going to have to figure something out!

Anyway, I'm going to be rooming with ensuing at Fanime, which is going to be a lot of fun! I'm super excited! I still have to find a room for Thursday, but I'm sure I can find one for that night before then.

Ouch, can't you sell the new 3DS XL, or just take it back? It would be a shame to miss on the Pika one...

I might actually sell my 3DS XL to my cousin, he said he's interested, so it might work out okay! I've also sold a decent amount today, surprisingly, so things might turn out okay on the Pika DS front. It's still stressful timing, though, haha! Oh well, it'll be worth it in the end.

Yeah, that's always how it works. Murphy's law or something. The same thing happened to me on the Palkia/Dialga DS Lite and the Zekrom/Reshiram DSi and the Legend of Zelda 3DS.

When the Fire Emblem 3DS came out I said "I don't care, I'm buying it anyway" and was somehow able to afford it after selling my black 3DS.
