I think my box might be here tomorrow (and if not, it'll definitely he here on Thursday)! I'm hoping, it all depends if it gets out of customs quickly! It processed through San Francisco airport almost twenty-four hours ago and San Francisco is just a three hour drive from me.

I'm so excited for this package, it's silly! Big packages like this feel like Christmas to me.

I rewatched all of the Natsume Yuujinchou series, and was overwhelmed with feelings. I love it so much, and it's great because it just gets better and better as it goes on. By the ending of Shi, it's just...I can't even describe my waves of love. Natsume is the sweetest character, I can't even handle how sweet he is. I practically get physical achings over how hard I want to hug him. I also ship him with pretty much everyone. Totally Tanuma, and definitely with Natori as well, but sometimes other characters, too. I can't help iiiit. I was laughing so hard at the Natsume-gets-trapped-in-a-bottle-and-Nyanko-imitates-him episode that my mom heard me in the other room and was like, "What are you laughing so hysterically at?"

Anyway, that was a great rewatch. Now I want to watch it all again sometime, though I've got plenty of other series I want to watch for the first time, and also other series I want to rewatch that I haven't seen in a long time.

Late comment is late but yay Natsume. He really has become one of my favorite protagonists, mainly because I think he really is different from your average character, in his kindness.

If you like the series and can afford it I highly recommend the NIS America sets of the anime. They are gorgeous.

It's okay, I'm often slow to reply, too! Yes, he's definitely up among my favorites as well. He is such a sweetheart and it is wonderful seeing him go from being so lonely, to gradually surrounded by people and youkai he can love. He's just such a kind soul.

I can't afford them all at once, but I'll almost certainly be picking up the sets at conventions this year!
