pacificpikachuI decided on the 4everalone option tonight because I'm tired and don't feel like driving to dad's house. Kind of sad to be spending another New Years without any other humans around, but it could be worse. At least I'm watching Natsume Yuujinchou!
I'm not really alone, because I have three dogs and three cats surrounding me, but what else is new?
I do have one big resolution for 2013: Go to Japan again. How will I make it happen? I don't know. When? I don't know, except hopefully in 2012. (I'd love to go in the spring, but fall seems more realistic?) But, I really want to go again somehow! I feel like if I can pull that off somehow, it will make 2013 amazing.
I also really need to get out of my funk, depression or whatever it is. Maybe find a new job. Figure out what I want to do with my life. Fix up the chicken coops. Be artistically productive on some level. Have fun at all my cons! This will be my 10th year of attending Fanime and Anime Expo, and they're going to be extra awesome this year. I really want to finish my AMV to submit to both, run a panel at Fanime, and a few other fancy things. I would still like to do an Oko-san mascot cosplay (Hatoful Boyfriend) if I can find time/energy/money to do it.
2012 has been...um...I don't know. Not that great, I guess? My health hasn't been good still, in fact it has probably been worse than it was in 2011, and that makes it difficult to have a good time. I've had virtually no social life whatsoever this year, internet aside. But I did have fun at cons, and there were some other highlights as well. But, nothing too major. As usual, I lost some animals I really loved, and gained new animals who I really love. I found some new anime series I adore, so that's good.
I'm really happy that I'll be going to Sac-Anime in a few days. I hope that will help start out the year on the right foot.
