Work today was craaaazy busy. I slept for about four hours after work because that's how exhausted I was from it.

But, anyway, I finished my National Pokédex in White 2, and got my Shining Charm! Yay! It feels good. Not like I don't already have more shinies than I really know what to do with, but that's not the point.

Sac-Anime is coming up really fast! I have lots to do in preparation. I'm so excited for it. It'll be nice to start out the year with a fun con. I think it'll improve my spirits a lot.

Ohoho, that's the first time I've heard someone be so blasé about shiny Pokemon! May I ask how you were able to get so many that you don't what to do with them? I would totally get a shiny female Gardevoir and name her Ayanami.

I'm a big fan of shiny Pokémon, and there are still quite a few I want, but I have like....45-50 of them? Some through chaining in D/P, many through trading with friends and whatnot. I'm picky and I only accept legitimate shinies, but even with those standards I've still ended up with tons, just through playing so much and trading with a lot of people. That said, I do want a random encounter shiny--the last one I had of those was back in Crystal (Arbok). With the Shining Charm, that might just happen eventually.

I just trained a shiny female Gardevoir, actually, though sadly I was unable to nickname her. I really wish there was a way to nickname traded Pokémon. At least the ones who only come with their species name, I mean, come on! Gardevoir is a lot more fun to battle with than I anticipated!

Awesome work on the Pokedex! I am working on the Unova one right now. Apperas I missed out on the 2 giveaway pokemons, Keldeo and the singing one with the green hair. I always make it a goal to finish my dex in every game. I've been going after the medals too. Just trying to figure out which pokemon would be strong enough to go solo against the elite?

Thanks! Good luck on your Unovadex! That by itself is quite a task. Keldeo was released, but Meloetta hasn't been yet! I got a Japanese movie Meloetta to fill the spot.

I love the medal rally! I'm almost up to 150, but not quite! I'm trying to figure that out myself. I was thinking maybe my Gardevoir, with Psychic/Thunderbolt/Signal Beam/Energy Ball, but that doesn't take care of the dragons very well... Perhaps my Espeon, with Psychic/Hidden Power Ice/Shadow Ball/Morning Sun... Hmmm, I have a lot of level 100s to choose from, but it's a tough task. Best of luck with it!

That's great about your Unova dex! :D (I don't think I've completed a pokedex since Yellow. xD;;;;;)

I've only legit caught two shinies, a Rhydon in Diamond and a Gothrita in Black. Still trying to hatch for a shiny Oshawott (Want a shiny Samurott. *_*)
