May. 14th, 2012 11:03 pmBox will be here tomorrow, eeee! Wish it could have gotten here today, but oh well. Tomorrow I'll have more time to sort it all out anyway!
The canada gosling is getting so big already, it's amazing! He or she runs around like crazy, it's the funniest thing. I'll video it! I'm going to need a gender neutral name for him or her, as I don't know the gender quite yet. I think most of you know what an adult canada goose looks like? If not I can post a picture or you can Google it.
I want to find the baby a goose friend, but I'm so picky about the kinds of geese I would accept. I don't want anything super loud or a heavy breed (some domestic geese are MASSIVE and get health problems as a result), which rules out a lot of them.
Went to the doctor finally, he said there's nothing majorly wrong with me, which is good. It seems my horrible fatigue is likely a combination of a) thyroid issues, as I suspected (blood tests are always "normal" but with the family history and my symptoms, neither myself or the doctor believe it), b) anemia, and c) apparently I had mono at some point that I'm not aware of.
I think I've already started feeling better, a bit, though my period set me back for a few days there.
Also, I talked to the doctor a little about sterilization, and he took me seriously and said it's something we can talk about more and he "has no problem with it." :D I think it helped that my mom, who is a labor and delivery nurse, backed me up about me being 100% certain and said she has no problem with it, too.

The site has a good selection of gender neutral names...;)
I'm glad to hear that there is nothing seriously wrong with you. It is fantastic, that you finally have a doctor who will listen to you about sterilization!
