Hey f-list! I do these posts every now and then, and seeing as I've been searching a ton of oddball search terms on Yahoo! Japan lately, I figured I'd offer again.

I will be happy to help you find rare/unusual Pokémon items for your collections.

Basically, I'm just an extra pair of eyes to help you hunt for things you want but that don't pop up very often. There are some stipulations, but I'll detail those below. Once you've read them, comment with what you'd like me to look for!

- First off, I want you to only request that I keep an eye out for three items each. This is so I don't get too overwhelmed and just forget what I'm looking for. Link your full wishlist, by all means, as I will look at it and try to find things, but please select three items in particular.

- Provide me a clear image of each item if you can! Makes it easier to spot among big lots of items.

- Please choose items that fit the following classifications:

+ Rare items. Searching for common items is boring!
+ Somewhat unique items. It's difficult for me to spot an item that looks like fifty other items from a distance. Chances are, I won't know the details like you will and I might overlook it or send you another item a bunch of times.
+ Items that you really, really want. I don't want to find a super rare item only for you to go, "Eh, I didn't want it that much."

- Provide me a few different ways to get in touch with you. LJ PMs can be somewhat unreliable, so if you can give me an e-mail, Tumblr, AIM handle, or something else you use often, that would be the best.

- Unless it just happens to pop up in a lot that I want myself, I will not be bidding on the item for you. If it is in a lot that I want for a different item, I'll let you know that and we can work together. :D Otherwise, you have to bid on it yourself.

- I do reserve the right to not to keep an eye out for certain items for you--usually because it's something I really want myself. That doesn't rule out Pokémon I collect necessarily, though--of course, I could already have said item or be only a casual collector of that Pokémon. I'll let you know if you post something that is on my wants list so you can swap it out for something that hopefully isn't.

- I will NOT be doing searches of your Pokémon's name for you, most likely. That's your responsibility! I'll be looking at weird search terms, lots, unusual items, and so on. I also don't do a lot of Ebay searching.

- Of course, this is free and just for my own amusement/making my friends happy. No guarantee I will find an item, no guarantee that I will always be on top of every search term I use, basically just no guarantees, haha. But I will do my best to find items for you if I can.

I am not expecting you to be looking for my wants, even if you request that I look for yours. However, if you do happen to spot some of these items, I'd be very grateful for your help! Oooh - I would love an extra pair of eyes for a couple of my wants ^_^

I'm currently loking for two dolls to complete my collection - one is the American Clefairy pokedoll (not the plush plush, but a fuzzy verboa version) - and the pother is the last Spinda Pokedoll I need for the set - he's easy to spot becasue he has a spot in the middle of his forehead!

Such a nice thing you're offering there ;; I remember when a while back Gin was selling a rare Lapras plush, I was going to message you but then realized it's not the big one you want XD

Aww, thank you for keeping an eye out! I actually have all the Lapras plush (that I know of, anyway) right now aside from that giant. :D

BTW, I got another set of all 151 rubber stamps (the US released ones), so I'll send you the Zubat and Golbat so you can stamp 'em on everything. :D

Nope, there isn't one! But there is an amigurumi plush I don't have. However, seeing as that's something you'd have to make yourself (you can only buy the kit) I dunno if I want to count that or not. XD

No problem! And Paras is all yours, but Rattata I'm saving for my pal, who loves Rattata and Raticate. Also, look at my newest post, there are some colored Paras figures and a metal Golbat in there! (Among a tonnnn of other things, haha.)

I don't buy from Y!J myself, but if you ever come across any less common Mightyena/Poochyena items in your mystery lots, I'd be glad to take them off your hands. c: I'm particularly on the lookout for clear Poochyena kids and the Mightyena chibi pokemodel (looks very close to the zukan, but is smaller and differently styled- I believe also somewhat glossy as compared to the zukan's matte finish?)

Oh, I should also mention I've been on the lookout for a Data Carrier Absol figure- I almost had one at one point (the one in the picture, actually!) but sadly it was lost in the mail.

I was wondering if you could look for the Kyogre version of this coin. To the best of my knowledge, they are called "trading coins", though I can't figure out what the correct Japanese search term is. I've also seen a few of them under search terms like "color changing coins".

I don't have a picture of the Kyogre coin, unfortunately. I'm not even 100% sure if it exists, but I think it might if there is a Groudon. If you could find confirmation of whether it exists or not, that would be great too. I've been able to find lists of some of the later coin sets, but most of the advanced generation coin sets are still a mystery to me. (I do know that they made the Kanto and Hoenn starters and Groudon, and I believe Rayquaza, so I'm hoping there's a Kyogre out there.)

If this is one of those "not unique enough" items, then don't worry about it.

I don't check Y!J very often these days (mostly because I should be saving for other things and don't want to be tempted by random figure lots) but I'll let you know if I come across any of your wants.

I have a few semi-interesting Kyogre items at the moment, including a weird/kinda pretty coin, I'll take some pictures of those so you can check them out. I'll wait 'til my box comes in, though, seeing as it'll be in tomorrow or Tuesday anyway, just in case any more come up.

Pictures of the Kyogre coin would be great! I believe the only Kyogre coin I have atm is the blue TCG coin. I've found some Japanese Bulbasaur coins but I've had bad luck with Kyogre.

Not a problem! And this is definitely not a TCG coin, it's way cooler. It's metal and has a hologram Kyogre on it. It's a US release, so I'm wondering if maybe it was preorder bonus for Sapphire? Could have been, that was a while ago though and my memory is foggy on the R/S release. I'll take pictures in a bit, I have a few more things I wanted to photograph anyway. I assume you have the kaiyodo/chess piece Kyogre? Just wondering if I should take a picture of it, too.

Oh, that one! Yes, it was a Ruby/Sapphire preorder bonus or something. I used to own that, but I'm pretty sure sure I sold it before I started collecting Kyogre. Which was a stupid move on my part.

Great, I'll be looking for those! I know I've won some auctions with retsuden, so you never know what'll show up. And I have the Umbreon metal swing keychain that was released probably the same time as that Raikou, so I know that's not impossible.

Ooh, what a neat idea! And I haven't been searching auctions as well as I used to, lately...

My full wish lists are here and here (Dialga and everyone else), but my top 3 wants I'd want help with are:

60cm Dialga Banpresto prize plush (top pic on wants page) - looks a lot like the Pokedoll but is twice as big as the DX. I feel it must be lurking in some plush lot...but at that size it's got to be hard to overlook.

Early DP Dialga clear file - not sure if it's full or half size...
