Yayyy, Noppin box should be shipping in a few hours. Finally! +___+ Should be here Monday, Tuesday at the latest? If I'm really lucky, Saturday, but I doubt that. Customs will probably be annoying and check it out and delay it a little.

I was up and down all night with Honey. Mom let her out at 2:45 AM because Hana was barking, and I had hidden and covered the chicken food in the front yard (that I keep out there for the gosling) but she found it anyway and wolfed it all down. =___= Around a whole cup of it. For reference, she normally only gets 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of her regular dog food per day. Anyway, as a result she was totally bloated, so then I was checking on her throughout the night and letting her out a bunch. She'll be fine, though she's still a bit bloated. Just has to get that through her system.

It's silly, because I find requests on DA incredibly annoying, but I just got my first request on Pixiv and I feel honored. I guess just because Pixiv seems much quieter, in the way of actual communication between people (notice how there are virtually no comments on anything?). And on DA everyone just seems to be doing anything they can to get free art. Anyway, they did not give me any specifics yet, but if they do I'll probably honor it if I can!

Speaking of Pixiv, a combination of Microsoft IME (which I've had for years but am now using more than ever) and Rikai-kun for Chrome is making me more interested in learning kanji. I'm learning some just through general browsing of sites and whatnot, and I've also started studying them some offline in my attempts to understand the dialogue of my doujin. I've accepted that I'll probably never be fluent in Japanese--I just don't know if I have the kind of willpower to do that--but the more I can understand, the better! I also have the whole first five seasons of Pokémon on my computer in Japanese, and it's wonderful to be able to understand nearly all of the dialogue without any subs. I mean, it's Pokémon, not that impressive or anything, but still. Now if only I could stop forgetting all the Japanese I know when it's actually handy, LOL. (I was so embarrassed, when I visited GAINAX I could hardly remember any Japanese at all.)

It's that time of the month now so, that combined with my on-and-off sleep is making me feel bleh, but I still feel much, much better than I was before. I think maybe the thyroid medication I'm taking is finally starting to kick in!

I need to take pictures of items for Ebay and whatnot but I think I'm going to wait to feel a bit less blargh first.
