Aaaahhh, that pony finale! I grinned my head off. Possibly favorite episodes? I don't know, there are so many to choose from now, plus I'll probably have to rewatch it first. Ded from happy, though. I'm not much of a fan of weddings in general, especially not fluffy fairytale ones, but it works so perfectly for My Little Pony. ♥ Just a great note to end the season on.

I don't know what the fandom consensus is or anything--mostly all I do in the pony fandom is save fanart--but personally, I've greatly enjoyed season two. I'd like to watch the whole season again sometime when I get a chance, actually, maybe with some friends. I look forward to what season three will bring! MLP has brought me a lot of joy, so I'm thankful that I gave it a chance.

I'm hoping for a movie, actually. I wouldn't be surprised if they make one.

Agreed! My favorite part of the finale was the villainous musical number and the implications of the Changelings (alicorns, anyone?).

I know, it was a wonderful two-parter! I loved the songs, and the changelings are definitely fascinating. All kinds of possibilities there. I adore Chrysalis's design, it's striking!

I'm betting Chrysalis will be coming back. Nightmare Moon's gone, and Discord was petrified, but the Changeling Queen? She just got a Team Rocket ending.

I absolutely adored the 2-part wedding ending! It blew me away and even though I thought it'd be good, it was somehow much better than expected! The songs were awesome and the new villain was too! I hope she makes a comeback one day. I really can't stop listening to "This Day Aria". It is an amazing song.
In the end it just felt so epic and disney-esque.

I don't potter around the fandom TOO much, but so far what reactions I have seen have been positive!

I feel the same way! It's been a few days since I watched it and Í'm still feeling all fangirly about it! It really was amazing. This Day Aria is totally awesome and epic! I'm hoping Chrysalis will be back, too. Her design makes me want to do creepy fanart of her, so maybe I will.

Yeah, I looked around a bit more and I'm glad to see it seems the fandom is as enthusiastic as ever! I've just seen so many fandoms go cynical in continuations of things, so it's nice to see everyone still on board.

I loved it, too! :D I was grinning so much. And I loved the twists and new villain race. The Chaneglings are creepy looking and I love their design. I really like Shining Armor and Candence. Just like the ending to season 1, I was very pleased. :) I'm looking forward to the last season. I imagine tears will be shed by all when the final episode airs. Man..... that makes me feel kinda sad. ;_;

It was really awesome! I loved the designs of Chrysalis and the changelings, too. Totally great! I wasn't expecting to like Shining Armor and Cadence (derp, typed Candace because I have a friend with that name) because I'm not typically fond of royal characters (in other fandoms), but I ended up loving them, too! I'm excited for the figures to come out.

Oh, I didn't know the third season will be the final one! That's confirmed, I'm guessing? Awww, that makes me sad, too. But, hey, I've really loved this series and I imagine the fandom will just go on and on. You never know, they might make more series in the same universe, and I do think there could be a movie.

I love the ending as well! And I am really liking the Cadence character a lot more than I first did when she was first revealed. (I really want her toys now. :D)

The changelings' has such awesome designs and I can't wait to see what custom makers are going to do with them! ( A friend of mine even asked how soon would it before before the first plushie was made of them. ^_^)

And I would LOVE a movie to be made!
