Apr. 14th, 2012 01:22 amI feel awful today. ;____; I slept almost the entire day and I still feel like dying in a hole. Guess it's for the best that
scorpio_alice and I postponed the Ikea trip until Sunday. I thought it was just whatever chronic issue I have, but now I'm starting to think I have a virus or something? My legs are aching/twitching, I'm light-headed, my throat hurts more than it usually does, and I just generally feel terrible. Better give my boss a heads-up that I might not make it in tomorrow. I'll try to drag my carcass in if I can, though.
I went to the doctor--the husband of my other doctor--and he put me on thyroid medication, ordered a ton of tests, and referred me to two different doctors. I'm glad finally someone is taking me seriously in regards to my health issues. It's been about five years now that I've had issues with fatigue and various other things and it's about time I get some serious help. I just hope that whatever it is, hypothyroid or something else, it's made clear with all these tests so I can treat it and have a better quality of life. I'm sick of feeling like I'm living in slow motion while everyone else is at normal motion.
I've been watching the Whirl Islands subplot of Master Quest. No wonder I loved Master Quest so much! It's been a while since I've seen these episodes, and they make me ridiculously happy. Many squee-worthy moments for me. I also found the origin of one of my mystery cels. It's from Plant It Now, Diglett Later! Also, the background is the original, so yay! Looking forward to watching the rest of Master Quest. I wish I could get it on DVD for a reasonable price, but alas.
Off to agonize for a little longer and then go back to sleep. I'm hoping I can make it to work tomorrow, but I don't know...
