Laptop unexpectedly broke again for the fifth time in less than a year. Same stupid problem.

Upset beyond words. I talked to ASUS at length and with great dissatisfaction, they're making me send it back in again (against my will), but like hell I'm going to let it go at that. I want at least a partial refund, plus either a new computer or a guarantee that this problem never ever happens again.

I am so, so, so done with this. It makes me want to scream and bash my head against a wall.

I'll probably go to dad's tomorrow at around 12 PM or so to get the laptop ready to be sent again, but suffice to say yet again I might not be online as much as I usually am.

I'm so sorry :( it's beyond ridiculous now, I'd either ask for a new computer or money compensation and buy a different brand laptop. I never had a problem with my ASUS but I heard they're not exactly the best of the best out there.
