I bought a laser pointer for Tosca on a whim while I was picking up her food at the store. Tried it out, and Lucky went insane chasing it! Totally adorable, and I was laughing so hard. He was chasing the speck of red light like his life depended on it--in circles, attempting to go up walls, all the way down the hall and back a bunch of times, in zigzags. I'm going to have to record this because it's hysterical.

Then Tosca got in on it, too, so I had a dog and a cat both after the light and running around as fast as they could go. :'D I played with it for a good half-hour, until Lucky's tongue was hanging out of his mouth. Tosca was in and out of the games, as were the corgis, but they all had a good time regardless!

Well, that was $4 well spent. This will be one way to wear out Lucky! I think I'm going to record him chasing it, and not only post it on my Youtube account and probably here and Tumblr, but it can also go on his PetFinder page and the rescue group's site.

Whenever he does find a forever home, I think I may just have to buy them a laser to go with him.

My Mom's Jack Russell Terriers would go crazy for the laser pointer! Rodney use to tease my youngest cat, Jiraiya with a laser pointer toy. I think the reason he stopped, wass because the battery ran out and I never picked up a new one.

*adds to Walmart shopping list*

Jaden, my oldest cat is not really one for toys. He does like the occasional fuzzy fake mouse though...:3
