Ohhhh man, FML. Turns out a few days ago a grail Umbreon item of mine showed up on Y!J, and went for really cheap. ;____; Of course, this was a few days before my laptop showed up (today) and so I was limited in my internet browsing.

Part of me wants to throw a fit, but another part of me just says... "It's okay. Another will show up, someday, and you'll get it. It's okay."

But still, so frustrating. I would have easily paid 10x what it went for and I wouldn't even have had to! Go figure, the ONE week I don't search Umbreon on Y!J (after months of searching it all the time and getting nothing remotely interesting) is the one week it turns up!

Just the worst timing, seriously! But I'm starting to try and get to a point where I won't let these things bother me. If I let collecting bother me so much, it won't be as fun.

Kinda restraining myself in my reaction here, haha, because I'm trying hard to become a more positive person again and not let things beyond my control bother me.

Ugh, that sucks! I'm sorry to hear it. Good not to dwell on the anguish too much, but it's certainly okay to be upset about it- one of the best parts of collecting is the passion. :)

What was it, if I may ask?

I had that happen with several 1/1 Chikoritas.

I'm also curious about what the item is.

Oh no :( I'm sorry, that's the worse luck! Can I be nosy and ask what it is you're after? :)

There will be another. and who knows what the price will be and maybe you'll be in a better position to afford it.

Perhaps it was for the best so that you can get a few more pokemoncollectors things squared away and settled before you get the grail.

Keep your chin up. think about moving forward. Do you have any goals set? maybe you should set a goal or two, outline the steps to get to said goal and then work towards making progress on them.

If you can break something into smaller, much easier to deal with parts, it goes from impossible to conquerable. and when you check off the parts you have done, there is great feeling of accomplishment!

You can do it! Hugs!
