I watched Summer Wars earlier today and absolutely loved it! I haven't had that much fun watching a movie in quite a while. It was such an entertaining, well-rounded, and just all around great movie. I think I may have to add it to my favorite movies, actually. Now I wish I had gotten a chance to watch it earlier. Oh well! I highly recommend it to pretty much anyone. I may actually show it to my anime-skeptical dad along with Millennium Actress (he watched Tokyo Godfathers with me a while ago and quite enjoyed it).

We officially have a connected hotel room for Fanime, Fanime is almost here and I'm not poor like I expected to be, I'm having a grand time watching anime, and in general things are good. I'm working on art commissions right now from a while back and it's so annoying coloring with dull colored pencils, ugh. I don't have a pencil sharpener here, either.

I may be going on another peacock rescue sometime in the next few days, LOL. Man, all these cranky people threatening to shoot peafowl... I'd be happy if there were peafowl in my neighborhood. I like obnoxious birds, though. (After all, I voluntarily have guinea fowl on my property. And even pay to feed them!)

Aww, darn, that's so annoying! Oh well, you'll still have tons of fun. I've gone to tons of conventions while broke and still had the grandest of times. :D

Any plans to go to AX?

Nah, maybe next year. I've already set all my days off for Fanime and Yaoi Con, so unless I'm dying I get to work. :)

I really want to go to Blizzcon in a few years, though!
